Pool bar never seemed to be open. Facilities a little tired, including foyer first impression

AC wasn't great but the staff were happy to relocate us to another room. The initial room had clothing from a previous guest,left behind the sofa.

Restaurant had limited options when I was there, however there is a Chinese restaurant next door as an alternative.

Good place to stay when transiting through Nadi. The room was spacious and clean with a large comfortable bed. Great views from the rooftop pool especially at sunset

The pool bar was hardly serviced we had to wait ages for a staff member to come up, the shower in our room was uncleaned as the floor was slimy and it flooded. The room air con didn’t have a controller and it took over a hour for someone to come help us.

The air conditioning was soo smelly and it needed servicing. Lift was mostly wet.

Not much around hotel in terms of restaurants (besides the two on site which are good) or stores.

Bright, comfortable room with balcony. Aircon worked good. Rooftop/pool area has great views. Both restaurants on site were good. Breakfast has an interesting selection of foods.

However their initiative to keep that spirit deteriorated as the went by of our stay. Staff lack service knowledge as I had to call multiple times inorder to get laundry multiple times, They front office kept transferring me to housekeeping as they did not know how to explain the charges and Multiple times phone was unanswered by housekeeping which was quite annoying as I had to make my way down to reception and Seek assistance. I requested rubbish to be changed in the morning around 11am gave my room number but no one came again I had to go down and Request again then only a gentleman was kind enough to come up and Change it around 5.30pm. The air-condition wasn't enough cooling the room and It was quite basic for such a posh place. Request if housekeeping can check room prior to people checking in as we didn't have majority of the basic items like: Towels, Glass, Spoons. Our feedback form in the room was even changed when I opened to put my feedback saw that someone who might have previously been in the room had filled that and No one bothered to take that into account.It just didn't feel like that locals are welcome.

I initially loved how the staffs were so helpful upon arrival.

The food at the in house restaurant was not great - took a while to come and was cold by the time we got it.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooftop pool area was lovely. Room was basic but clean. What you’d expect for what you pay.

You can hear the cars of the busy street. I misses a bedside light. Bar closes too early. Loud religious music during breakfast and at the pool.

Rooms are not bad. I missed a bedside table. Chinese restaurant in hotel is good.

Felt a wee bit unclean like musty old smell and I found a roach crawling on my bedside table so I had to unpack everything to make sure nothing in my luggage etc

Nalagi is a good hotel for business as well as family travel. It is located close to a major shopping centre; has a good restaurant, and not too far from the airport.

TV reception needs updating asap and would be nice for floor lobbies to have a splash of colour and more vibrant.

Lovely greeting and warm smiles by Ani and Jope when first arrived who are very passionate about their country and giving great knowledge about the area and things to do. Hotel has great restaurant with friendly staff to assist you - especially Lily (tall with great tekiteki) and the team. Ili and Va at the poolside were entertaining and happy. Great value for money and also helped by Sai with the TV and safe (maintenance?)

Inflexible about early check in, staff actually laughed at me when I inquired 1 hr before my check in time. I was allowed to use the pool but after inquiring several hours apart there were no beach towels from laundry all day, so I had no room and no ability to rent towels. Terrace seating and sun beds need replacing as the heating has melted the paint/ glue of the arms and left a sticky residue and black flecks all up my arms. Then went to use the restaurant downstairs and it took 1 hour to bring my food despite being the only person in the whole restaurant (first red flag but I ignored it); waiting staff told me that they were too busy preparing food for the pool terrace orders, which I was unaware was an option. However porters were amazing.

Porters and luggage staff were excellent. Room good size and nice to have a balcony. Generally clean and the room I had wasn’t outdated as some of the reviews suggest, was good. Gym had lots of dumbbells and a cable pull machine so diverse workouts available; was empty and had the place to myself. They were helpful in sorting my airport transfer and were on time! Of course the pool views are unbelievable and it’s nice that there’s a bar and ample seating.

Weird smell I got from the corridors everytime I walked out of my room.
