I hate even writing anything negative since the manager was so great. The room was a much smaller configuration from the photos used on booking. We Could barely get around the bed to the bathroom. There were stains on the curtains and large chair in the room but the manager took care of that himself. On our last day we saw a large amount of mold in the bathroom so we tried to keep the windows open to not breath it in.

The design was cool and the staff was impeccable. The manager was so kind and sweet, he made the place worth it. Their breakfast is also great. The location was very walkable and safe.

The room was a bit small, though it would seem that this is the average you get in older buildings in Nice or not to mention other places like Paris.

Breakfast is good, there is great bread and pastries, and some choices of proteins. You can serve yourself freshly squeezed orange juice++. The location is great and most common places at Nice are a walking distance from this location.

We were on the first floor immediately above reception and the passageway to the terrace and it was noisy at times. The room was also quite dark as a result of where it was situated. However, we could have paid more and booked a larger room on a higher floor.

The staff were absolutely lovely - nothing was too much trouble. The location was good in that it was close to the Promenade. The bed in our room was a king size, even though the room was small, and it was very comfortable.

Triple room was definitely a bit on the small side for 3 adults (family of 3 with the sofa bed open), otherwise perfect..

It was so cute inside, good breakfast and convenient to walk everywhere, the outdoor patio is wonderful too! Staff was super helpful and friendly.

The walls are a very thin so I was able to hear many other guests and people outside, which caused me not to sleep as well as I would have otherwise.

The hotel is in an amazing location, very close to the promenade and many restaurants. The room was cute and comfortable, they welcomed me with a few little macarons which was very sweet. Overall, the hotel is comfortable, safe, and great value.

Our room didn’t have much storage for clothes however was quiet and had a lovely little balcony. It also had a very large bathroom.

Quirky and very comfortable ; good location one block from the seafront (hotel was situated behind the Hotel Negresco). Very friendly and helpful staff.

My only comment would be the size of the small double room. It was small and a bit cramped. If returning I would upgrade to a bigger room.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to ensure all our needs were met. The location is perfect, just one street behind the main promenade. Breakfast was lovely and was a refreshing change from the overcrowded queues you can experience at bigger hotel chains. The honesty bar was a nice touch and there is a lovely terrace to relax on with your chosen drink/snack. On the whole a fantastic boutique hotel experience. We also loved Nice, Monaco and Eze and will definitely return.

Room a little ' petite'...but this is France and more than compensated by the hotels location and friendliness of the staff.

Great location near the seafront, Old Town , shopping and restaurants.. Staff very friendly and helpful. The option of the 'Honesty Bar' was a nice touch. More than happy to come back !

The property was cosy and modern, amazing location so we were able to walk everywhere. Less than 15 minutes from the airport and helpful staff available 24/7 who were able to recommend restaurants and places to visit in the local area and also out of the city! A lovely breakfast buffet each morning with great variety on options.
