An exceptional apartment. Very large bedroom incl a sitting area, large kitchen dining and great bathroom. Kitchen well appointed - could have managed dinner parties. We self catered breakfasts - supermarkets pretty close - we used Carrefour. Owner has put a lot of time into interior decoration and in our taste has made an exceptional job. It is ground floor (yippee) and you enter off the lane. It was relatively easy to walk with our luggage back to the train - abot 1km on a level surface so long as you skirt the hill the ampitheatre is on. Very handy to everything we wanted to do.

This is a perfect home from home. It has been carefully designed to offer everything that could be asked for. It is spotlessly clean, the bed is large and comfortable, the towels and linen are fresh and welcoming, and it is a very good size. The owner has taken great care to provide everything a weary traveler could need. The property is exceptional and the location is unbeatable.

There was NOTHING I didn't like. This is a great place to stay in Arles.

This apartment is located in the heart of Arles' historic district. Many sights are within a short walking distance. The train station is about a 15 minute walk. I love the apartment and the location!

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed! I highly recommend it. The space is very large which is unusual in Europe. Great proximity to the Roman ruins and restaurants. Honestly, I did not want to leave!

Everything was wonderful. The property had plenty of room and all of the amenities one could possibly want. The location was perfect - close to everything. The property owners were very considerate, quick to respond to any questions; all-in-all, a truly fantastic experience. We will definitely return and have every intention of staying at this same property.

Apartment location is perfect, in middle of city centre. Heaps restaurants and venue around accommodation, but apartment still very quite at night. Apartment will equiped with all you needs. Good communication with host! Enjoyed stay! :)

My sister and I liked everything because Delphine and Sebastian have everything under control and work to make things effortless from initial communication to final check-out. Location was a stone's throw from everything Arles has to offer and could not have been better (except for some throbbing neighborhood bar music that extended past 11 on Fri night). Convenient, safe, absolutely one of the best managed and equipped BnBs! (That's saying a lot: I've stayed at many as well as having one.)

Warm (weather was cold when we visited) very stylish apartment for 2 tucked away in the old quarter, super central Arles location. much appreciated the parking arrangements, made life easy in an unfamiliar place.

With regards to the property itself, there wasn't anything that we were unhappy with. The only issue that we had was that we stayed over New Years eve and there was a party at a local bar which was very loud until very early in the morning. We recognise that this was not related to the property and it is a risk that one takes when booking a property that is so centrally located.

We were very happy with this property. It is centrally located and the instructions to access the property were timely and clear. The kitchen was fully equipped for making meals and included basic staples. The kitchen also had a good coffee machine and capsules and we were appreciative and thankful for that. The rooms are large and well equipped. The furniture was modern and tidy. As it is on the ground floor, there was not much natural light but plenty of lighting options were included and this did not detract from our stay in any way. We would absolutely recommend this to others.

the street cleaners are noisy and start at 6 am Cie la vie

within a block or two of historic sights, great cafes and amazing bakeries. easy to walk around. delightful town with a village feel. the apartment was set up for a traveler with so many extra details to just make your trip enjoyable. Even a collapsible drying rack for after the washing machine.

Unfortunately, renovation work was taking place on the upper floor of the house. The corresponding noise was a detriment to the otherwise quiet location.

This is a really spacious, comfortable apartment right in the centre of Arles. Nothing was spared - loads of crockery, cutlery, kitchen equipment, two top-of-the-range TVs (not that you'd really want to watch much as Arles and its environs are so interesting), etc. It had easily the best bedroom we've stayed in on our travels - really spacious and comfortable. Both Janneke, who welcomed us, and Sebastien, who checked us out and who also very kindly drove us to the station, were generous warm people. I couldn't recommend this apartment highly enough.

Absolutely everything. The regular, very informative detailed check in instructions, the pre purchase of car park voucher, the spacious 2 room apartment so well designed, furnished and equipped it is ready to live in. Great kitchen too. Plenty of great lighting, good shower, a plug in the basin - this is 4th French accommodation we have stayed in - only one with a plug! Very comfy beds, good heating, great washing machine, generous with things like tea and coffee, biscuit treats. Such a treat to stay here. Bonus- ground floor accommodation!
