The fabric from bed structure was dirty

The location was very good! Near to Eiffel tower with stores and restaurants. The metro station is just in front of the hotel but the hotel is not noisy

Everything about this place was beautiful, I could happily highly recommend it to anyone that might ever want to visit Paris. It provided us with a great location right by the metro and plenty of places to eat and drink. Staff were so welcoming and accommodating for us it was a great experience. The staff was very helpful in every aspect of guiding about travel to different parts of city and also arranging any requirements.

The location is next to metro station and just walking distance to Eiffel Tour. Lots of eateries, pubs and stores are few steps away.

Nothing to dislike

Ideally placed to easily visit all the sights that Paris is famous for. Perfectly positioned for access to metro system. Above all the staff were very friendly and a pleasure to meet. As I was running the Paris marathon, it was great to be able to get to and from the start/ finish line in a matter of minutes

We opted for breakfast outside the hotel, there is a bakery across the road and cafes on the street corner - more pleasant than breakfast in hotel.

Last day didn't have a warm water. Problem with the boilers in the hotel.

The location was excellent,20 min walk to the Eiffel tower,near to bus 80 and the metro.Many restaurants,bakeries and grocery stores in the area. It was very clean in the room. The housekeeper was very nice. She changed the towels every day. Good Wi Fi.

Cleaning staff jamming our doors shut with their carts and jamming all exits so we couldn’t leave for our day. There is a lot of mould in the bathrooms and no fridge.

Over all very good for this price range! However it us better to avoid the road-side rooms at the lower story levels if you are light sleepers. Inner-garden side rooms are very good.

The double room was pretty small for the price you pay and breakfast was just okay but the breakfast staff where very friendly

Location is excellent, just a few m from a metro station, yet it was plenty quiet in the room. Bar open until late and the snacks menu was decent. Free refillable water, flat and sparkling. Friendlt, efficient staff.

The room was not clean and it was smelling cigarette. Unfortunately we are not smoker it was horrible for the night. Thanks we change our room after one night. Thanks for the service !

The bathrooms could use some updating. The rooms could have better amenities like better quality coffee and creamers, bathroom toiletries.

I liked the location and the view from the fifth floor. The staff was nice and helpful. Comfortable beds.
