Very nice and clean. But the break fast is not that filling it needs hot breakfast. It's not worth the price.

The room was dated, there were staines all over the carpets, the curtains were worn, the whole room needed touching up. There weren’t enough plugs.

The location was great, it’s right next to a small shopping area, with lots of local shops around. specially for a family with a toddler. It was great being so close to a supermarket and other amenities . The neighbourhood is quiet compared to central Paris, which again was good for us. Metro station is a few meters away from the hotel. the room was spacious for a family of 3, there was a mini fridge in the room and a kettle. It was clean.

Small details. There was no shower gel and soap in the room (was finished and never replaced). Breakfast was excellent but both days the tomatoes were almost rotten. 7

breakfast was minimalistic and not freshly made. bathroom had only the required stuff but nothing else. no showercaps or anything else but shampoo and soap. not even conditioner for your hair. cups were paper. not really worth 4 stars

Not very clean in the room. The curtains were torn. The extra bed was on springs that pressed painfully against the back and with many dangerous parts. Liquid soap and shampoo ran out and were not replenished

Staff are exceptionally helpful, spoke good English and the location is perfect - a short 2 minute walk from a Metro station and has a small supermarket next door. Breakfast is a little limited but of a high quality and plentiful, so overall good value. The location is also by a large beautiful park full of joggers and walkers.

The children's bed was terrible, it was not a bed, it was a sofa bed. The iron of the sofa bed always hurt the child.

It is located quite far from the city center. It takes about 30 min by metro to get reasonably to the city center, which is a bit inconvenient.

The rooms were spacious, well equipped; the separated toilet and bathroom was practical; the bathroom was big enough and well equipped. The room was reasonably well isolated from noises outside.

The climate control in the room is non-existent. Luckily, the hotel supplied a fan to make the room bearable. The breakfast was very average. There seems to be a lack of staff to keep the area clean. I liked all the children running in the lobby on Shabbat. They brightened the place up.

The staff were superior. Very kind, helpful, and friendly.

Staff were reasonably friendly but hardly anyone spoke English which was sometimes challenging. Air-conditioning did not work at all which was uncomfortable in the high temperatures but a fan was provided when requested. Breakfast was monotonous.

Hotel is in a nice area with many restaurants and shops so there was always something to do after a day of sightseeing. The rooms were a good size. The hotel lobby had a fun photo machine which we enjoyed using to get some family pics.

I wasn't happy with the air-conditioning in the room. It wasn't working and I was struggling to sleep all night because of the hot climate. I went downstairs to the reception to complain and nothing was done. I had a family member staying next door and he and his wife was experiencing the same.

The room was spacious and bathroom was very clean. The only thing that they can do upgrading is the carpet. It wasn't clean and it's stain everywhere.

The room was a bit basic, but not really an issue. We couldn't find a local shop open when we arrived (late) so got massively overcharged by a late night shop opposite for some water. We chose the location to be close to Gare du Lyon, which was a couple of metro changes away, so not that close, but again, didn't matter.

It was friendly, set up for kids with lots of games (unexpected). Excellent shower. The breakfast was lovely, the area really quiet and right next to a huge park which has a permanent fun fair. Close by some great places to eat and a couple of blocks more some fantastic finds. With the metro right outside it was a totally relaxing and enjoyable break in Paris. Would come again.
