It is perfect for an overnight stay. It is close to the ferry port, and it is such an easy route from the hotel to the port. The receptionist was helpful and welcoming. The bedroom and shower room were good. We would book it again.

Trying to use auto entry system for late evening checking in was an absolute nightmare! System can’t cope more than one room per booking, on line call help button was out of action, telephone helpline was difficult to reach, lobby was too small to hold more than two people with their luggage trying to use help system, doors opened into lobby meaning people had to move back outside to let those who had gained entry get in…….Not what you want at 10pm… Shambolic!

Automated check in (after 9pm), worked but made the hotel feel very souless. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. No hairdryer (though it did say that you can request one from reception).

Very close to the ferry port. Plenty of parking. Room was relatively large with a comfy bed and a good shower. Breakfast, which included hot dishes, was great! The staff on the morning shift were very friendly.

Check-in difficult if reception is closed and the machine in the lobby doesn’t work properly. No response on the help line. No way of going back on the touchscreen check-in. You have to wait for it to eventually close and then start again.

Nothing to dislike.

The location is excellent for using the ferry crossing in or out of Ouistreham and it's easy to find being only 3 minutes from leaving the ferry terminal. There is plenty of car parking. We arrived late but the remote check-in was easy to use. The hotel is still relatively new and the public areas as well as the rooms are bright, clean and airy. The bed was large and comfortable and the facilities in the room were very good. In the morning the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good quality and plentiful. Overall, this is the best B&B Hotel my wife and I have stayed in.

The property was very close to the Ferry Port, and shops, the receptionist was able to speak French & English, and explain the security pin code for internal doors and front gate, Really nice room, bed was comfortable and en-suite shower was great, Motorbike was safe in a well-lit parking space,

We have reviewed this hotel previously, so will keep this brief. We keep returning - that says it all. The location is perfect for our ferry trips across the channel. The rooms are spacious, the beds large and comfortable, the showers and bathroom facilities superb. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast (optional) provides a good variety of pleasing choices and as much as you want to eat. Perfect for a long journey ahead. We like the consistency of this place. We know what to expect and it doesn’t disappoint us.

The room was clean and tidy , bed very comfortable, Couldn’t have asked for more for the one night we stayed there. Will definitely book again on our return trip. So very quiet inside the BB and outside.
