The room is very clean and comfortable with a magnificent sea view. The location is great and is very close to the sea, while you won’t feel noisy about the sea cause the room is well soundproofed.

I booked the hotel on pm Tuesday 19th September 2023 as the ferry to Jersey was cancelled due to extreme weather conditions.. The price quotaed was 248 Euros of which 10% vat was included according to the booking confirmation. (24.80 Euros). The price charged by the hotel was 272.80 Euros. To my surprise, when on Thursday 21st September 2023 I looked again at the hotel rates for Friday 22nd September 2023, the quoted price for booking.com was 185 Euros for the room. Please could you wxplain the difference in the room rate. The rate quoted on Friday 22nd September 2023 is 190 Euros for the room on the comparision page and £186 on the actual booking site. I would politely ask if I have been charged the wrong rate?

The location together with the availability of a parking space. the restaurant provided a quality meal with very pleaseant staff. The staff in the reception are also very good.

Parking tight for larger cars - but we were allowed to leave the car in the reception car park as arrived early evening.

Good size family room for 2 older children. Amazing views of beach and town in a relatively quiet location. Short walk 15-20 to walled part of town. Secure parking available if booked before arrival and good communication leading up to the stay. Restaurant overlooking the beach.

The service in the bar/restaurant was a little slow at times.

The staff were always friendly and helpful. Our room, that overlooked the city, was perfect for our needs and the view was exceptional. We also noticed how quiet it was. The bar and restaurant were also fantastic and clearly very popular! The food was delicious and the view of the beach an added bonus!

Room was good but modest in size - we actually expected that given the exceptional position of the hotel (so close to St Malo centre) and it came with an expensive price tag which we also expected.

The hotel is a few meters away from the sea, which is extremely convenient for sea baths and walks on the beach . I had a room with a view on the sea. It the nicest view I could have imagined. The breakfast is very good and generous. The staff is super friendly and efficient.

Nothing really. Perhaps would mention that the room safe was not exactly in the best position. In the bottom of the cupboard and to reset the number you had to lie on the floor if you wanted to use it.

We had a lovely enclosed and private balcony overlooking the back of the hotel towards the street. Very comfortable with a sun lounger, two chairs and a small table.

The checkout process was a little slow

The beds were super comfy and we had the added bonus of a balcony which was really nice to enjoy our breakfast on. The parking was an added benefit and felt really secure, which was great as we had been travelling with a lot of things in our car.

This was a small hotel located on the seafront in St Malo. The hotel had a EV charger which we made use of and the staff were really helpful. It was really convenient for getting the ferry to Portsmouth in the morning on the day of our departure.

Excellent location, nice walk by the sea to city centre. Room is clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom is neat and have all the basic amenities. Carpark available for our car.
