The staff were very friendly, welcoming, informative and the service was excellent. The reception/bar area was cosy and the breakfast was served early enough for us to enjoy before taking the cross channel ferry.The swimming pool was an added bonus.

No member of staff at the bar when we went to get a drink in the evening. No one was at reception when we left in the morning after being told it was a 24 hour reception.

The location was perfect for catching the ferry the next day. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and have all you need for a comfortable stay. The decoration is very stylish and the pool looks gorgeous.

The shower area was very small.

We had a great stay! What made it great was the staff, especially Anthony! He was very helpful. The hotel in of itself is small relative to its American counterparts, but we did not mind it because there were only two of us. What was important was we had a nice place to rest at night after a long day in Normandy!

Not a dislike as such. Pre-Covid it had an excellent restaurant. Understandably this presumably closed during Covid. Hopefully they will be able to reopen at some point in the future.

Room was very comfortable. Very nice buffet breakfast with a good selection. Car park is gated at night with CCTV in operation

Unfortunately the lovely restaurant attached to the hotel is now closed. It was always a great treat before returning to UK - let's hope it finds a new owner.

Excellent bar food, great atmosphere and five minutes from Brittany Ferries terminal.

I arrived after an 11 hour drive and just wanted to relax in a comfortable room. The hotel is 2 mins from the ferry check in. I was welcomed with a very friendly greeting and a big smile. The room was well decorated, modern clean with a very comfortable bed and great shower. I asked for a meal in my room which appeared in 10 minutes and was surprising good. Boeuf Bourginon and a chocolate mouse, both of which were delicious. Breakfast the following morning was a treat to behold. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cold ,meats, cheeses, pancakes and fresh croissants. plus plus. The best 15 euros ever! And a very friendly greeting at 6.30 in the morning! I will certainly stay again and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

The shower room/toilet had a translucent wall between it and the bedroom; if you used the facilities in the night the light woke up your partner.

Pretty much faultless.

Perfectly located if you get a late ferry into Ouistreham as we did (or an early one the following morning). Very warm welcome on a filthy wet night. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a very good selection for breakfast.
