Shower over bath had no shower screen / curtain. Impossible to stop water going onto bathroom floor.

Location of hotel was great, very short walk from Gare du Nord. Rooms were quiet, front reception staff friendly and helpful. Good choice of eateries nearby. Walkable to Sacre Coeur. Would stay again, good value in Paris.

The reception guy was pathetic. He was continuously watching his mobile game. I never saw a receptionist in my entire history of check-in's done via booking.com.

Location was easily accessible. Many good restaurants are close by. Close to the metro & Gare du Nord station. Room was also quiet.

The room had a flooded bathroom because of a leak on the toilet since day one. They kindly offered us extra towels but yet we had to deal with the flood all over the place.

The hotel has the best location next to Gard du Nord and very friendly staff. Also, overall the rooms are quite comfortable.

Unfortunately our room over looked the hostel over the road which did get very crowded and noisy in the evenings and also we were on the 5th floor and the lift was on the small side and could feel very uncomfortable if there was more than 2 of you it!

The location was perfect and literally a few minutes walk from the train station. It was very clean and tidy! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful!

Comfortable bed. Adequate size room, could work at desk. Friendly staff. Nice reception area to meet up and even to work. Good breakfast always replenished. Excellent location for the train and metro. After a hard days work plenty of choice of bars and restaurants.

The breakfast options were very limited for the price of the room (even by Paris standards).

The location is perfect if you arrive or depart from Gare du Nord, literally a 3 minute slow walk. The room is nicely furnished and very clean.

The room appeared to have been cleaned some time ago, and therefore it was quite dusty. It also had a type of fabric wallpaper that seemed to catch a lot of the dust, so I would not recommend this room to someone with dust allergy.

The hotel was inbetween Gare d'Nord and Gare d'Est. Only a couple of minutes by foot. The room had a kettle, tea and coffee. Very comfortable bed (but quite high pillows). They had a lift, but it was quite small. The room had an interesting shape, and was alittle clumsy to get into (but nothing major). It was a good place for a short stay!

The location was great for Gare du Nord, and also for access to the Metro. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to be helpful throughout our stay. It was also great to be able to leave bags there, both before we checked in, and after we checked out - merci!

Was all great!

Great location from station, 2 minute walk. Clean and comfortable room, not spacious but enough room. Was worried at first about noise from road but didn’t bother us at all. Water, tea and coffee in room. Nice towels, hairdryer good but not for thick hair! Breakfast was well stocked buffet and all tasted nice and fresh. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Would return!

The neighborhood is a bit unpleasant at night, there are a lot of suspicious faces, just avoid the late hours. They charged us another 75 euro city tax, although it says that it is included in the price in booking. The shower and sink in the bathroom are quite depreciated. The channels on the TV are on in french.

The staff was very polite, the place is clean, although we caught a huge bed bug the first night. But for the next ones we had no problems. Our room was cleaned every day and towels were changed. Close to public transport stops, shops and bakeries.
