I woke up with the furniture moving noises around 7 am. I would have loved to sleep a little longer. but it was overall a good stay.

The hotel is in a great location. There are a few tables outdoors in front of the building, it is nice to have breakfast/coffee. The wifi did not work outside of the building, but the connection in the room and entrance was good. Service is welcoming. Good bedding. The bathroom was a bit old but clean.

Even though the room was renovated, the bathroom was outdated and our air conditioning wasn't rworking.

The location is good, within walking distance of the old town and water. The rooms were also modern and newly renovated

Tiny bathroom and a very antiquated hair dryer system mounted to the wall that takes hours for your hair to dry were a bit disappointing

The rooms werent really clean (dusty). Also the toilet and the sink were in 2 different bathrooms (but I guess thats because its an old building like most buildings in Nice).

I loved that it was very close to everything in Nice! All in walking distance - even the beach. And the balcony had a stunning view!

The hotel room was adequate for a short stay, quiet,,with a comfortable bed, However, the bathroom was very small, with neither the shower, or the hand basin, having little more than lukewarm hot water at times. In addition, the lift was not working on the final morning, which meant difficulty leaving from a third floor room, as the stairs were steep, and the handrail not too secure. I am also 74, so it was a problem I could do without.

The staff.were excellent, so helpful and friendly., especially Tamilia. and Roberto. Tamilia deserves special praise, being so patient,spending time, helping me when my passport was stolen, and trying to sort out digital photos. The breakfast was also perfect reasonable. The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to the tram stop from the airport, and was walking distance to the cafes and tourist spots.

We had some problems in our room, things that didn’t work. The reception is renovated but the rest of the hotel isn’t. Bathrooms have seen better days, storage of extra beds in the hallway wasn’t very clean.

The staff was very nice, especially the lady at the breakfast. She was amazing. People were very helpful. We had a new room after confronting the staff with some issues we had in ours.

The low review is due to the very poor internet service. There was none to my room (internet worked in the lobby) which meant doing any work etc. was made more difficult. Especially if you are not from Europe and require internet in the middle of the night and you had to work out of the lobby. I would recommend that before anyone books at this hotel, that the hotel management guaranteed internet to the room or only a hotel room that can access the internet.

Nice room, the bed was comfortable, the cleaning lady was the nicest person you would ever meet. One of the managers was helpful.

Wifi was unreliable/unsecured. We arrived late at night and our initial room was not ideal (unclean bathroom), which we explained to the night staff member. First thing next morning, the hotel manager Roberto was very kind and apologetic and moved us to a nicer room which was much more comfortable.

Great balcony and view of the city. Lovely hotel manager (Roberto) who provided us with towels for the beach, a beach umbrella and bottle opener. Location was ideal - easy to walk to public spots for food and sight seeing.

Air conditioner wasn’t working but was dealt with quickly . Room was tiny. Overall ok.

Location is wonderful. Room was tiny but sufficient with very comfortable bed. Very quiet room except that it was near the elevator. I would return but to a larger room. I recommend this hotel.
