Can't fault this hotel! Firstly the location is perfect, just round the corner from the promenade and beach, with 2 small supermarkets and a tram stop nearby as well, which makes it very easy to get around Nice. But what was even more impressive was the amazing service provided, we were really made to feel like we were at home! Plenty of good advice for things to see and do, as well as being willing to reserve restaurants and provide recommendations. They really went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time in Nice!

Possibly the most hospitable, personable, and welcoming service I've ever experienced... and I've travelled a lot. Fabio and the team set the benchmark for quality and have everything covered. Accommodation was spotless, cozy and as advertised, plus furnished to include everything I needed. The hotel is great location to tram and promenade so very convenient to getting to/from the airport.

The hôtel is well positioned for visting the town and beach. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. A complimentary croissant was offered for breakfast, Nice touch! Very clean.

The only thing I could say was that the showers were a bit snug, due to the size of the rooms. But they are powerful and plenty of hot water.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. The rooms are fantastic with quirky artwork throughout the hotel. Fabio and Barbara are absolutely wonderful. They cannot do enough for the guests. Fabio is so proud of the hotel and Nice. He went out of his way to highlight all the things we should see and what we should do. We were a group celebrating a birthday and Barbara was brilliant with providing the necessary details to make the stay memorable.

The only thing that I found a bit inconvenient was the shower cabin. For me (I am 190+ cm), it was a bit small

When I arrived hotel staff welcomed me very warmly. The location of the hotel is amazing just next to the iconic Negresco. 5 minutes to the beach and there is a supermarket nearby. The room was cozy, clean, and quiet. Super comfortable bed and amazing coffee from the coffee machine in the room. I also had a little tree growing just outside the window. The view from the window was onto a historical street. For breakfast, they left a fresh croissant outside the room which I found very cute.

A fabulous hotel, near all of the main attractions. But what made our stay truly outstanding was Barbara, Fabio and Fabrizio - the warmth of their welcome, the efforts they made to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay, including recommending the best restaurants and places to see and making reservations for us.

- location a bit of a walk away from Old Nice but not really an issue as it’s a nice walk along the promenade to get there

- good location almost on the promenade - interesting boutique style rooms - great value - staff were absolutely excellent and were pivotal in me enjoying my stay around the area

It’s a lot to say that we didn’t like, because we didn’t actually mind, but the room is quite small, which I presume is normal in this type of building.

It was the best welcome and stay we have had until now, and may I say we travel a lot. Everybody in the staff makes you feel very welcome. The location is perfect, close to all the points of interest.

The property is located very close to Promenade des Anglais and all the attractions are within reach! Room was super clean, had everything needed for your stay. A big thanks to Fabio who kindly advised on the places to visit, all his recommendations were top notch. Would definitely visit again!

The hotel has been very tastefully refurbished. The single room on the third floor is compact but comfortable. The hotel is very clean, and nicely scented. The service truly exceptional. Location, very convenient for transfer from/to the airport and close to the Promenade.

Nothing could have been better. From one side you have the Promenade des Anglais 5 mts walk and from the other side you have all shopping and gastronomy areas.

A real boutique hotel in all what both words mean. I hold preferred client cards from all major 5 star hotels of the world including the legendary Concierge Card of Kempinski. Coming to Nice for a 2 nights business trip my wife, an executive at a 5 star hotel, looked into Booking.com for a reservation when she noticed that Armor Hotel had a 9.6 notation from guests and a very reasonable price. She asked me to try it. I did and I do not regret. Prior to arrival I spoke to Barbara at the reception who was very helpful and sent me clear directions how to reach the hotel. Upon arrival I was met by Fabio and Fabrice the managers of this lovely hotel who, and without me asking, upgraded my room. Fabio showed me all what I needed to know about the room and informed me that from 7:00 am croissants will be hanging at my door for breakfast. Exceptional location, exceptional service, excellent price quality rapport. I doubt you can find better service and price to stay. Highly recommended.
