You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomWe ate dinner one evening in the restaurant and it was the worst meal I've ever had. The staff is restaurant could have been more efficient and friendlier.
The breakfast was perfect, there was a good selection of hot and cold food. Additionally you could order omelettes fresh. The location is great, 10 minute walk to the metro and 5 stops into the old town. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There a is a suoermarche 5 mins from the hotel too.

IrelandNot the fault of the hotel, but the surrounding environs were awful. Rubbish strewn all over the streets, lots of dog poop and rats running rampant in the evenings.
The staff were so friendly. There was a decent selection at breakfast, but could have been expanded. The room was comfortable and clean.

United KingdomThe only downside was the swimming pool as they will reopen the swimming pool at the beginning of May and we arrived a week prior. This is not a big issue as I would stay at this location again!
The breakfast was amazing! Freshly baked pastries and fruits are available, with so many savoury options as well! My friend loved the sausages and banana loaf, whilst I opted for a light breakfast with chia pudding. There are many options available and you can go for seconds! The hotel is just an 8-minute walk from Charteux station which allows easy access to Vieux Port as well as being close to Palais Longchamp, a beautiful scenery and must-visit. The staff are very friendly and are happy to answer any questions and also give recommendations for places to eat or see.

United KingdomWhilst there are USB charging port, there isn't enough USB-C charging port which is more and more common. Room service is open 24/7 but the hotel restaurant is not always open. For 20 Euros, the breakfast should have been better.
The staff are really lovely and there are good enough facility. The room is spacious and very clean. There are enough power sockets and also individual USB charging port.
