Location is near the city tram and old town. For Strasborg it was good if you are on a budget. Staff was very helpful

Stairs but unavoidable in most older style hotels and apartments in the centre.

Lovely small hotel in centre. Close to tram and sites. Small basic rooms.. three floors plus entrance stairs. No lift. Breakfast fine and tea/coffee available for 2€. Iron available. Helpful staff. Probably recently renovated. Would stay there again.

Great location. Room was OK for a family of four, very small TV. Small bathroom, separated toilet. I recommend it for a short term stay. Optional breakfast (but we did not take it).

Even when the temperature outside was around 10-15 degrees Celsius, the room was too hot.

The location of the hotel is right in the city center, which is very convenient. The room is okay for the reasonable price. The room was neat and clean. The hotel staff was also friendly.

The location was really good, close to the cathedral and to the petite France, the staffs were very helpful and they provided luggage storage service upon checkout. Couldn't ask for more with this price!

The room smelled rather odd, perhaps from the restaurant next door and there was a loud sound of an exhaust fan or something like that going all night behind the wall. The wifi was very weak.

The hotel is so close to Cathédrale Notre Dame, personnel was friendly and helpful. We stayed only one night and left our luggage at the hotel for the next day. Our room was clean and big enough.

No facilities, breakfast very poor, we came mid way through, and there was no more fresh bread, and all the stock was very low. Also dump smells in the room, for the price would expect better breakfast and facilities all together

When I arrived, there was no pillow in my bed. I mean, there were 2 decorative pillowsa and in the cupboard was one without a pillow case. I asked the guy orking this evening but he justs aid he cannot do anything. This attitud was not very agreeable. I slept the first night with a pillow without case and decorative ones. The next morning asked the lady at the reception and she solved it immediately. She was very nice and top professional in all other matters as well.

Configuring the luggage for four people without causing a tripping hazard was a challenge (we have been away for a month). The fan provided was good. We had great weather in the mid 20s. Had it been much warmer it may have been uncomfortable. Shower pressure was great but the room inside the shower cubicle was made for a very small framed person.

Simple, clean room with comfortable beds and good towels The toilet was separate to the bathroom which was handy for a room with four people. The windows opened to let in fresh air and a fan was provided for warmer weather. The location was amazing. Easy walk from the station, near restaurants and sights in the old town.
