We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesSome rooms have steps. Seniors should be aware. It’s risky to have to use a stair at night when going to the bathroom. Marie found us another room without a step. Management chased us off the rooftop when we were enjoying our own cocktail hour. There was no place else for seven of us together.

Great position in the heart of St Malo. Can usually get parking in the streets close to the hotel, although more difficult in high season. There is pay to park offered by the hotel if necessary. Rooms are modern and quiet, always a nice view across the kids park. Nice bar and restaurant, staff always courteous and efficient. A little more expensive than some of the traditional hotels close by, but very much worth it in my view.

The room was wonderful, with 3 large windows overlooking the outside park area. The location of the hotel inside the center of St. Malo was also awesome, because it was nice to just walk around and come back whenever. The staff were very nice. The bathroom (one of my most important issues) was awesome (albeit "modern" with the shaded glass as the door to the toilet.) The bar was also fun to hang out in. My friends and I loved it.
