Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Kingdom1) The receptionist, on our arrival, was not particularly friendly or welcoming, and we can only assume she was having a bad day! Whilst we arrived too early for check-in, we didn't really expect our room to be ready. All the same, we did expect to be greeted with a smile, an offer to look after our bags and an encouragement to walk around Poitiers and advice on what to see and do - we got none of this. However, when we returned later in the day, the new receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful. 2) If you have any mobility issues, either don't use the hotel's car park or unload outside the hotel before parking.
Room was comfortable and clean. Location of hotel was great for visiting the old part of Poitiers.

The room was recently renovated well designed, it is much better and modern than the rest of the hotel, so be pleasantly surprised. The location is perfect, in the city center close to all the shops and restaurant, and with a private parking its ideal for people travel with cars.

United KingdomThe receptionist who checked us in on Tuesday 28th March wasn't particularly friendly, and hardly made eye contact (despite our efforts to speak French!) When we checked out the morning of Wednesday 29th March, there was an older lady on reception who was terse and unhelpful, to the point of being quite rude.Her attitude was so unpleasant, we both left the hotel saying we probably wouldn't return, which was shame as the facilities were good.
Our room was very nice and had obviously just been renovated.The bed was very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. The location could not have been more central.
