We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This is why I did not rate the hotel, excellent. The breakfast was really disappointing – again. For an establishment of this stature and charging the prices they do, it is simply unacceptable to serve microwaved scrambled eggs to guests. I tried to boil a couple of eggs instead, and after five minutes one was raw, still. For the money they charge, there should be a much wider choice, and some healthy options, too. I shall not be staying there for breakfast again.

JerseyI can’t think of anything really. Towels were too harsh as my girlfriend has sensitive skin, but this is me being ultra picky. Steam room wasn’t working.
Bar was cool, spa pool was also nice. Checkout time was good, staff excellent. View from the bar outstanding, friendly and attentive service without being in your face. Very quiet room location.

United KingdomThere was nothing we did not like. Windows in the bar looking out into the bay and even a piano player. It could not have been better!! Antonni & staff in the bar were excellent and spoke very good english.
The reception staff and area, lifts were prompt, lovely carpets in the corridors which were wide and well lit. Beautiful bedroom which had all the facilities, balcony, double glazing thick night curtains. modern bathroom, seperate loo. Plenty of wardrobe space. In fact everything was perfect and we will, if we can, go back to this lovely, well run and maintained hotel.

TurkeyI would have liked a balcony or a terrasse but there was no room proposed by booking.com with balcony but when we were there we saw that there were rooms with balcony and I was disappointed not have had the choice to book one of them through your website.
the hotel is right on the digue, we had a great view of the sea from our room. it’s a few steps away from the intra murros were there are restaurants & cafés.
