We arrived in the evening (6:30pm) after a long car journey. While checking in, I asked if we could have something to eat and was immediately told, that the restaurant was full tonight. Full meant that a group of around 15 people were having dinner. Since I’m currently 9 months pregnant and we’re travelling with a two year old child I was very surprised and absolutely annoyed by the fact that one of us had to drive back into the city in order to get dinner. This should usually not be a problem. In addition I had mold in my apple sauce at breakfast.

Sauna was not working due to repairs. Just bad luck.

Everything went well and i have nothing to complain. I booked a dinner for me and my wife and I was impressed compared to what I could get in Avignon. Very safe in a secure garden was the best choice for me who wanted to relax mid-journey from Athens to Brussels by car.

The bathroom had a shower head that leaked and the drains were very slow in the bath and the sink. We appreciated the large private parking area.

The people who work here are very friendly and obliging. The beds were fantastic and comfy.

It was ok - not particularly over welcoming. Had to ask for water to be replenished. The couple we were travelling with had no bathroom light and this too 24 hours to get rectified. Our terrace didn’t look like it had been cleaned for weeks. There was no facility to purchase snacks if you arrived late.

Happy with the location of the hotel. Staff here are very friendly. Loved Sofia in the restaurant for our breakfast every morning she is amazing 👏 😍. Easy access to the city by bus and to the wineries by car. Excellent place.

surrounding outside the hotel property is awful, distance to town center too far to walk (and dangerous - maybe) . Recommendation: Prebook a taxi to and from city center (around 15 € one way)

The room with balcony and breakfast were o.k. , the garden is beautiful, plenty of parking space, well protected by an automatic gate.

It's a little bit out of town but I didn't dislike anything.

Stayed for a week and every single one of the staff I encountered were all amazing.. From the receptionist to the waiters and waitresses and cleaning staff who were all so friendly and professional, they are a credit to the hotel and Best Western as a whole. Loved the pool, gym, restaurant, and bar. Great secure car park, and comfortable beds. I would without doubt stay here again next time I'm in France.

The rooms near the indoor pool smelled slightly of chlorine. It was stronger in the corridor and a slight smell in the room. After a while you got used to it.

Location is a bit rough unfortunately. You need a taxi or a car to get around. The car park is secure and locked however.

The room was a little cramped, very comfortable beds but the bedroom and bathroom were cramped. It is a little far out from the centre of town, 20 mins on a bus. Parking is difficult in the centre so the bus is the best way to get in and out easily.

The hotel is modern, clean and the outside area is absolutely lovely as is the restaurant.
