The low ventilation in the room and small lift.. but no big deal. We’ll still love to come back again!

Great location, right next to the luxury brands’ shopping street and walking distance to various attractions. It has the Parisian vibe that we were looking for and the view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony made the stay perfect. We loved the option of having breakfast in bed/in the room and the spread in the dining room was great too. The room and bathroom were luxurious and very clean. Above all, we love the great service and cheerful staff who greeted us each time we arrive at the lobby.

Nothing at all! Brilliant

After hours of research we stayed at this Incredible hotel… from the welcome to the goodbye Rarely do a put reviews but this hotel was brilliant.. great location just off champs elysees in a vibrant area which felt safe The hotel was so clean and rooms cleaned everyday and staff were very helpful at reception.. they even were able to get us a dinner reservation at a restaurant that was fully booked online Breakfast was an added bonus whether it was downstairs or room service with plenty of options. would book again no questions

Unfortunately breakfast is poor, bread and croissants are not of high quality. You can get an omelette or scrambled eggs for an extra fee, but they're not great. It's a disappointment every time

Very nice tiny hotel, testy decorated, well equiped, rooms are clean. The staff at the reception are very friendly and nice.

Breakfast hall was extremely small, variety was limited. Only hard boiled eggs are available. Bakery options are too poor.

Only one suggestion to hotel directors please change the breakfast room as soon as possible. Because it was so difficult to have breakfast in current area. It has no fresh air and natural lighting.

The hotel was very nice. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staffs were polite and helpful. I can highly recommend to this hotel. The location is perfect as well.

The breakfast room is way too cramped and the tables too small. It was impossible to get out from the banquette without moving a table completely and there is not enough room for the size of the hotel. The heating in the room was too high. Even when we turned it off and opened the window, it was too warm because of the heat rising from the rest of the hotel.

The hotel is lovely and the staff charming and could not do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble. 2 minor issues. The decor is lovely and the beds comfortable. It is in a very quiet area and public transportation very accessible.

I would have improved breakfast selections

Can’t imagine any better location! Beautiful Boutique hotel, amazing stuff! Definitely a place to come back to! Loved it! And to top it off, the room had a partial view of Eiffel Tower!!!

Perfect location! Very friendly staff we forgot something in the room. They called us straight away and made the effort to send it back to us. The room has everything you need! Nice shower with good pressure. Quiet street and rooms. Nice in-room breakfast

We really enjoyed our stay at the Westend… the location was superb. We got a room with balcony and view to the Eiffel Tower which was really really nice. The room was very comfortable, clean and had a nice design. The personal was very friendly and made our stay an exceptional experience

Housekeeping was not in the morning but at 15 and that was a little bit late
