the breakfast was a bit disappointing. The orange juice was the cheap kind and the fruit was quite unappetising. I would expect better for the price. The croissants were great though

the price was high but it is Paris. the location was good for the sights, fine for shops but good food needed a long walk / taxi journey.

The Air-Conditioner was not cool enough in the first 2 days of my arrival and it was a little bit hot in the room, I have to open window in the evening to cool the room down.

The location of the Hotel is good, many interesting Museums are in the surrounding. With Metro 9 and Bus Stations are also helping you for shorter time on the transportation. Stuff were very friendly.

excellent location, you can walk to all the attractions . Paris vibe , excellent breakfast , clean, luxurious rooms . The best part though is STAFF ! wonderful, friendly, accommodating , helping with all the problems ( like lost luggage - Ben thank you ! ) , serving as concierge and treating you like best friends arriving to town . From day one they know your names and recognize you with a smile at the door. I stayed at many hotels in my life including the 5 star hotels but this one is 10 stars !

We had a very early arrival and couldn’t be accommodated a moment earlier than check in. which I know is not guaranteed but would have appreciated. Tried to get some recommendations when our dinner reservation spot was surprisingly closed, to no avail.

The hotel location was perfect as it was close to 2 metro stations that were on different lines. Apart from this, the Eiffel Tower and Champs Elysees were within walking distance. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and beautifully put together. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was good

I was worried about the breakfast when I saw others' comments about their breakfast before I booked this hotel, but after my experience there, I have to say that the breakfast is super. It has four kinds of fresh juice, fresh bread and croissant, yogurt, cheese, fresh made coffee and tea (and something else). They also have room service. You just need to tick on a menu and hang the menu outside of your door before 5am. The room was very quiet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and I had good sleeps. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The location was really good. You can reach a lot of good restaurants and boutiques within walking distance. It was a pleasant stay in hotel west end and we will choose to stay there again next time.
