The kettle on the floor didn't have a way to clean it, and it was full of sediment. The kitchen is on 1st floor, but no nearby bathroom. The kitchen was never cleaned. Dishes were in the sink for 3 days(wash your dishes, clean your hair out of the bathroom sinks, people!), paper towels ran out, and kitchen towels were filthy. Awkward locker placement (have to open outside door to be able to to open locker because door handle is in the way) On the other hand, people aren’t packing in the room when they leave early since lockers are in the private hall.

My bed had two curtains on it, so very flexible. Several small shelves and socket inside the bed. Cleaning of room was excellent. Beds were made when you checked in. Awesome rooftop deck. Professional and helpful staff (many also spoke English) Bed is solid on 3 sides, so if you are tall, this may be an issue. Close to train station and the old town. Very new and up to date hostel.

It's almost too good, for backpackers or anyone on a budget, the food and restaurant is too expensive. If there's one thing missing, it's a place where backpackers could meet and perhaps eat their own food... Not sure if it's allowed in the restaurant... Other than that it's an impressive place.

Great location, outstanding bar, restaurant and leisure areas, great room, comfortable beds and good privacy. Great showers, spotlessly clean.

Really good location close to the train station and the tramway stops. The lobby, with the dining room, is just amazing and I felt like being in a library. Very welcoming and helpful staff. I recommend for short or long stays

They only have hand sanitizer by the sinks, so there’s no soap to wash your hands when you’ve been to the toilet. Kinda gross.

I'd have appreciated some hangers or storage space closer to the bed - there were some small lockers by the entrance, but they were on the other side of the room from where my bed was, so not super convenient. Some hooks for hanging towels would've been lovely:)

The food at the hostel restaurant was absolutely fantastic, the beds comfy and had the curtains for privacy. Overall the hostel feels very fresh and the common areas are pretty amazing in terms of interior design - it definitely has that WOW factor as you first enter the reception area :)) The bathroom was clean and new - right next to the room.

The phrase “best hostel ever” gets thrown around quite a lot. I challenge anyone who has ever made that claim to visit this place. The facilities were exceptional. Modern, comfortable, private and spacious. Staying here allowed me to indulge in a level of luxury you just don’t expect from a hostel. Superb hostel.

The location is very close to the city center, and you can reach the center by walking. Additionally, as I arrived and departed from the city by bus, I came to the center by train, and the train station was also very close to the facility. I stayed in a private room with a bathroom for 6 people. Inside the room, there were beds in 2 different rooms. And room has 2 toilets & 2 showers. The fact that the 6 beds were not in a single area but divided into rooms was really wonderful. The facility was very clean, and I noticed that they came extra to clean the rooms during the day. There was a large common area on the ground floor where you could spend enjoyable time. You can use free lockers to store your luggage before or after check-in.
