We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomThis is an expensive hotel, too expensive. At ca €250 per night we're unlikely to return. For all its pluses, the room has has a very silly design flaw - drawing the curtains is inordinately difficult. The fixed desk is too close to the window and prevents the curtains from closing easily. The floor length curtains have to be lifted to sit on top of the power cables for the kettle and coffee machine. Design madness.
The hotel is very well situated, only 5 minutes walk from the centre of life in Lille. The rooms are a good size and well provisioned. The staff are very friendly.

This is a great hotel in excellent condition. The Staff was very friendly and service minded. Specially Benjamin in the reception. I booked a King Suite which was great with comfy bed and had both a big walk-in shower + a bathtub. The hotel is only 3-5 min walk from the historic centrum in Lille which is has bars and restaurants everywhere. It is also less than 10 min walk to Gare De Lille Europe train station and 5 min walk to Gare De Lille Flanders train station.
