The Spa is great, relaxing and very well organised. The breakfast is wonderful, very wide range of fresh food with attention to biological local products. The staff is very professional and welcoming and the hotel has got also facilities for conferences and it is like a community place. The room was spacious and with a lovely decor and a lovely small terrace. Highly recommend it !

Parking was difficult due to central location, construction, and events.

Very welcoming staff and the hotel is like a cultural center right in the middle of Arles, next to the amphitheater. Beautiful cafe’ overlooking Arles and enjoying the daily life of Arles. Great breakfast, varied and healthy. And there is a spa with a very lush Roman bath with the view of the Amphiteater.

A kettle would have been my only extra wish.

The location is superb and we had a fabulous view from the balcony. The Cafe/ bar downstairs was really convenient for coffee. I especially appreciated Noah and Joaquin who were such pleasant, hard working young men and who helped with our bags up the stairs - very much appreciated! And the spa was great.

We particularly liked the front desk help, although all the staff was friendly. Victoire, who checked us in, carried my small bag upstairs for me, and spoke perfect "American" English which she learned during a stay in the States. Cecile also went out of her way for us in many ways. It was refreshing to feel so cared for. Our room was large, even for three adults, very clean and updated. Also, my husband enjoyed the spa, while our adult son and I took in a breath-taking sunset over the ancient amphitheater, seated at the Sunset Arles rooftop bar while enjoying well-priced drinks and demi-saucisson. The breakfast was also enjoyable in a quiet courtyard setting. We hope to return!

Very disappointed in the transportation to the train station request staff to call the taxi we used on arrival and they did not they arranged transportation at 3 times the price we paid on arrival . We felt taken advantage of . I wrote the hotel and have not heard back .

Location and spa add value to a stay here. Front desk staff are very welcoming and friendly.

The pretty courtyard garden unfortunately seems to attract the mozzies, so we couldn’t sit out in the evening - perhaps the rooftop bar would have been better (we didn’t manage to try it)

Fab location, right in the centre but quiet at night. Very good breakfast, and thank you for the gluten-free bread. We really liked the steam room and jacuzzi after some hot days of cycling; perfect way to soothe tired legs

The parking was a little inconvenient. The most direct walking route required negotiating some stairs in the park.

This is a nice location in Arles. It was also a great home base from which we visited Nîmes and Avignon. They have a pretty garden, and the food was fresh and tasty. The breakfast, in particular, was great and included a good variety. The staff was a joy, friendly and helpful.

Stairways a bit narrow, bathtubs a bit slippery, not great sound insulation. Minor stuff.

Parking was difficult as we arrived at a very busy time. We called the hotel from a barrier in the town though, and they sent two people to help us park, and carry our bags the half mile to the hotel. So all was well in the end.
