Great location in the walled city of Saint Malo. Really great staff who were helpful throughout our 2 night stay. I appreciated storage of our 2 bikes and good advice on places to eat. Hotel was spotlessly clean

Room and shower a little small but we only stayed 1 night so it was fine for us. We found the underground garage difficult to find although we were provided with a map and written directions to follow. Ok for us but you need to be slim to fit in the narrow 1 person lift.

We arrived by ferry from Poole to St Malo quite late in the evening. We expected to get to the hotel after their closing time (22.00 hours). The hotel had very thoughtfully provided the entry code to the main door, so that we could easily access our rooms after Reception had closed. In the event, we got to the hotel at 21.45, and were surprised to find Reception already closed. This is when we were able to use the codes easily. But we could not make use of the hotel's parking spaces, and therefore went to a public space close by. This was fine, and the hotel had advised this in advance, but at that time of night I did not appreciate the hassle. (And I had specifically chosen the hotel because it does have its own parking.)

Excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. Very, clean and comfortable room and I slept very well in the comfortable bed. A wide variety of items were provided for breakfast.

The bedroom was very small but extremely clean and well prepared. Quite a big step up into the shower which was difficult but manageable - my mobility is not great at the moment. There is a one person lift but you need to be able to climb a few stairs to get to it. I could manage that but was grateful for the lift! Our bedroom was on the 4th floor.

This was a lovely little hotel in a delightful area of St Malo for our stop over before getting the ferry home. Ideal location. Friendly and helpful staff. Met by an English speaking gentleman who immediate put me at ease about the car park. I had previously booked a space (essential) €20. He took the key and parked the car in underground garage. In the morning he brought it back within a couple of minutes when requested. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice and more jugs of coffee brought without even asking for it.

All OK for a basic 2 star hotel

Room was well Sited in the centre of the walled city. The hotel had a tiny lift which would not fit one person with a suitcase. However, the manager kindly assisted carrying our cases up the stairs

This was a nice 2.5 star hotel in central St. Malo. The location is amazing, the rooms are small but acceptable, and the unique tiny elevator was a treat to ride ... once. The staff working here are super nice and welcoming.

The location is terrific, right on an interesting square in the heart of the old town of St Malo. The host gave us excellent directions to the parking and was also able to recommend places to eat. Breakfast is a buffet with good variety including delicious jam.

The parking is not on site but about 5-10 minutes walk away. We found it tricky to find as we are not at all familiar with St Malo and after a long drive it was a bit challanging. It is in a shared underground car park and costs extra although that is made very clear before you book. The lift is very very small - and up some steps so bear that in mind if you have mobility or accessability needs. The hotel is not manned overnight.

Friendly staff and good location in the walled part of the town. The room was on the 5th floor. It was clean and comfortable and good value for St Malo. We did not have breakfast but it looked like there was a lot of choice.
