The room was lovely and cosy! Perfect for our large family of 6! It’s rare we ever get to stay in one room together but our room here was perfectly spacious. We stayed here twice as a stop off point for our trip to Disneyland Paris and Hotel Le Florence couldn’t have been more perfect! The staff are lovely and friendly. Onsite parking is great and the gates are locked at night. All the facilities are lovely and clean, cannot fault this hotel whatsoever. Will definitely be back.

When we woke up our room had no power or lights. Although reported to the reception staff twice it was not attended to. Had to shower in the dark and could not make hot drinks. Still not fixed by the time we checked out.

The strong odour of bleach in the room, coming from the bathroom, was overpowering, and actually disturbing our sleep. We apologise. We never mentioned this to the owners as we were out all evening. Hopefully this will not be repeated.

Right in the city centre with private parking - perfect! Quirky hotel with accommodation in several buildings. We didn't test the food which was fascinating : a selection of artisan deli foods which could be heated up. Will try them next time!

Nothing. It is a good value, simple hotel. Nothing fancy but our first choice for a stop off when travelling south.

The rooms are clean and very good value. There is no problem with our dog being in the room and also coming down to breakfast with us. We could park in their carpark (you have to go round the block to get to it- drive past the hotel on your left, then turn left, the left again where there is a sign, the car park is through a gate in some railings). There is a bar where you can get a drink, though food in the evening is limited to buying jars of ready meals to be heated or a croque monsieur or salad. However it is an easy walk to the square where there is a choice of restaurants. Breakfast is great.

Bed was a bit hard but that's subjective.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Clean and comfortable rooms, on site parking, but lots of cheap street parking directly outside. V friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Plenty of sockets in the right place!

Rooms on the small side and struggled to find the hotel first time!

Perfect stopover on our journey to the Alps(used it both ways) from Calais. Lovely comfortable room, if a little small but ideal for one night. Centrally located for St. Quentin with several restaurants nearby, we used Petit Chef in the Square for an excellent meal. Very friendly and helpful staff, own carpark perhaps a little small, get there early and great breakfast with plenty of choice.

Wifi service didn't let us use our VPN (because of port blocking), check our home security camera, or connect more than 4 devices, and it kept going out briefly. We would recommend different wifi, not through one of those "hotel services."

Beautiful apartment with lovely decor, very French. It was a really nice size and very comfortable. The bathroom was great. Friendly staff. We were able to park in the hotel lot, which we really appreciated.

There was only 1 tbag? The parking was not well considered by other residents staying for those who arrived early but needing to leave at 05:00!

It was perfectly located to Calais and we walked straight into Saint Quentin square for dinner
