It was basically a premier inn with fancy decoration. No kettle in the room and 5 euros for a coffee downstairs felt like a rip off. No decent coffee included with the breakfast

According to booking the hotel offers parking and this was one of our main criterion. Once we arrived there was no free spot at the parking because the parking is used also for people who do not stay at the hotel.

Temperature control in the room was a bit fiddly, it was too warm and AC/fan didn't seem to be working.

Cool decor and friendly vibe. Staff were super helpful. Room was a great size and very comfortable. Convenient location, close to Eurostar and train station, easy stroll into the city. Great spot for exploring Lille.

The room in the night was extremely hot (even if outside it wasn't) but what I liked the least was the rooftop terrace wmthat was a little bit dirty (the tables available still had bottles and glasses on it) and the chairs/couch weren't properly clean. The service is at the counter but someone should be in charge of getting the tables ready

I found it a little tricky to find, even with a French person accompanying me!

This was a pleasant surprise! It took a little bit of finding the surroundings are less than salubripous. However, once inside it was an awesome place to stay with a great vibe. Location to Lille Europe was perfect and only a 5 minute walk.

I stayed over Saturday night. The only issue was that they organize a party in the bar and you can hear noise in the rooms till very late at night. Other than that the hotel is nice and the staff very friendly. The staff gave me complementarg parking to make up for the noise, which I thought was nice

I ordered chicken something for late lunch, it came out looking well….only to found out that the inside was still cold (Obviously it was not cooked there, I don’t know), and the french fries was on the dark and lumpy side….and cold. The dessert was great, I really enjoyed the iles flotantes !!

The bathroom was not great, I mean the cleanliness. There was water everything as soon as you use the bathtub. I am aware that is not the duty of the housekeeper but the maintenance staff can regularly checks if everything works well. That makes you wonder if the room is worth its price!!

The location is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are ready to help you and they can assist you. They don't go beyond the extra mile but you can always see them when you walk around.

Couldn't get a coffee as the restaurant was fully booked even tho we were guests and there's no coffee machine in the room which made it inconvenient.

The staff were friendly and very helpful with what to do around the city with good tips. The room was good and the bed was comfortable. They have a good breakfast in the morning with a lot of variety.

I really did not like, on arrival, to be asked for credit card authorisation well beyond the cost of my stay. On enquiring about this i was told it was in case I ate in their restaurant and then skipped paying for everything. Needless to say I was not tempted to then eat in their restaurant. Then on departure I was not given an itemised bill, until I requested a breakdown of the sum I was being asked to pay.

Plenty of parking space; Superb breakfast buffet; Easy walking distance from centre and itself in one of the self-guided walks around Lille book we got from tourist office - albeit for modern architecture (lots of bare concrete, including in your room).
