Nothing apart from the stairs.

A very pleasant and comfortable apartment to stay in. Welll decorated and well appointed and very comfortable to reside in. Handy to supermarkets in main street. Easy walking distance to the in town attractions. Caught public bus to Pont du Gard - and back again (about 40 mins each way). Leaves from next door to SNCF station. Had to walk about 300m more when we got there than if we had gone by car. Cost was 2Euros each each way and free entry at PdG! BUT be warned this particular apartment is 2 floors above ground up about 54 narrow stairs.. No lift. I am 70 male but I struggled to get our 2 20kg cases up the stairs - solution was to go backwards up the stairs and roll the wheeled case up the treads one at a time. Could carry case as stairs too narrow to take me and the case. Down was easier - used gravilty to go backwards down the satirs and lift the case from tread to tread. Owner has other apartments so make sure if youre not 30 anymore to get a ground floor one.

Location is great! The design of the flat is perfect, one of the most beautiful ones I’ve ever been to! And the host is super nice. Very detailed information about check in was provided and also thoughtfully provided restaurants recommended (all I tried are very nice). And they also helped me shipped my AirPod I accidentally left behind to my next destination! A big thank you!

The apartment is on the 3rd level with no elevator. We had minimal luggage so it was not a problem for us.

The location was terrific and the host was very helpful and provided clear communication. The place was very clean and comfortable.

It is a top floor apartment and there is no lift but really only a hassle when first bringing up the luggage.

My Pad 5 is located close to the Papal Palace and to the centre square of town. We received a number of emails prior to our arrival that gave us clear instructions on how to enter the building and get the key as well as the location of a nearby carpark.The room was comfortable and you could see the palace from the skylight. It is very modern with a separate lounge and kitchen and includes air conditioning which was great for the unseasonal weather. The list of restaurants was very useful.

The stairs ! But not that these could be changed. It’s an old building and the property does advise the property is at the top only accessed by the stairs

The shower is the most impressive facility. The host is very nice person and always helpful, responsible.

This morden style is very impressive, and the room is spacious, clean and beautiful. This lovely apartment has it all and the facilities are good. From the roofwindow you can see the beautiful view of the city historic site. There are many good resturants and shops just downstairs, super convenient.

We don’t like air conditioning so prefer natural ventilation. It was difficult leaving the window in the bedroom open at night without hitting my head and damaging the curtains. The stairs to the apartment are steep so could be difficult for some people getting themselves and their luggage up the stairs.

We loved our stay at My Pad. It was beautifully decorated and every detail had been considered. The location was perfect for exploring Avignon. We didn’t use the kitchen as we ate out but it was well equipped. Great to have comfortable places to sit besides the bed.

Key box at the apartment itself.

It was easy to collect. The collection point is at a different place, so that it's not the easiest with a car, unless you're parked in one of the expensive parking lots nearby. It was a bit of stress, but this is the price to pay to be centrally located. I would advise NOT to enter with a car and leave it outside. We found street parking, free between 18h00 and 09h00, which was good, but must be very rare given the touristic nature of the place...

*finding keys to the apartment in one place (which was 2 streets behind) *again after getting keys to find the actual location of apartment (staying in another place) *tough to find the place (can add location of apartment Nxt to Palais du maharaja restaurant) *Narrow stairs to the 3rd floor

Might be unsuitable if you are very tall as we kept bumping our head on the beams - our fault for not looking, but might be a bit annoying for some. Very light and bright, but the only view was of rooftops through the skylight. Not a fault, I just realised I need to be able to see out properly from windows to be truly comfortable.

Excellent location. Well furnished with everything you could need. I liked the touch of providing coffee and waters for our arrival and the inclusion of things like cooking oil, herbs etc. Nice and bright and clean.

The host, Cristel was very warm, welcoming and helpful. Our train was delayed but she kept in touch and arrived herself with the keys as her staff was unavailable then, and provided assistance with the luggage as the apartment is on the 3rd floor. Similarly, she made sure that we got assistance even while leaving. She gave us all possible information including restaurants etc.. The apartment is well located and close to the river, the Papal palace and to the Main Street. The apartment was very clean , chic and stylish.

People have to know that the place is an apartment and not a Hotel. Place should be left clean.

Very nice spacious place. Modern interior and everything in what you need. Very quiet area and everything around in walking distance. Parking is also possible but not a given. Very good Communication with the owner. I very much enjoyed the stay and would rent it again.

The reservation process is burdensome: you book on booking.com, then you pay separately (6 different automated emails on this received at one time, it is a time suck to figure out what is needed). Once you pay, you are asked in another message to send your ID, and then you receive info on how to access keys etc. Cristel is reactive and helpful, and the rest was all smooth. But I would not have booked if i knew this was the process.

Exactly as in the pictures: beautiful, comfortable and clean. Lovely!

Narrow step,hard to bring up luggage to the 3rd floor.3 keys are old fashioned.Key delivery itself is troublesome.The address given for delivery was hard to find it,because no plate on the street.Only the delivery point showed the number,but no others buildings.Should be code entrance.

Room is clean.Facility is good,such as a laundry machine.

they double charged me and I have zero tolerance to fraud. Finally they corrected the charging but it was quite painful experience overall.
