The wifi signal was a little weak so the supplied chromecast/tv wasn't able to connect to the house wifi

There weren’t many amenities such as a pool but it’s a small hotel so it’s to be expected

The property is tastefully friended with lovely touches of blue and yellow giving it a nautical vibe, perfect when you’re near the sea! The staff are friendly and lovely especially Diame, the receptionist who was very kind and polite and Noreen at breakfast who was lovely and friendly

The only thing for me was I could hear the rooms next to me and above me very clear. The walls are quite thin so you can hear a lot of noise. Other than that it was perfect.

The hotel was perfect! I was solo travelling and felt really safe. The room was exceptionally clean and tidied when I was out. The breakfast was great. Loved the vintage style lift - very characteristic. Every member of staff was so friendly and helped me with recommendations - all with great english too.

No tea bags and milk in the rooms and water in the coffee machine didn't appear to be changed. No water replaced in the fridges

Beautiful hotel in a very good location. About 10 minutes walk to the beach, city center, train station, tram stop, supermarket and pharmacy. We stayed in the family room (two adjoining rooms with an extra third door for more privacy). The rooms are cleaned daily. The hotel has a luggage room where you can leave your luggage before or after check-in/out hours. The staff is friendly and helpful. Mr. David at the Reception is very kind and provided us with a lot of tourist informations.

We opted out of breakfast after the first morning - it wasn't up to much, and so many other great options in the vicinity. The other thing to mention is the cleaners never replaced our tea/coffee and cups or soaps etc after the first day, not a huge deal but this would have been nice.

The room was lovely and bright and we had a nice seating area which acted like a little balcony with big windows looking out. The location was excellent - it's opposite a great coffee shop/deli called Cali Coffee which I recommend and it's only 10 minutes walk from the center or the sea. Staff were all very helpful and welcoming and the hotel itself has a nice boutique vibe to it - very modern and comfortable.

The attempt to give a standard room instead of the executive room that was booked was a bit frustrating

The executive rooms are very nice, featuring panoramic windows. However, the standard rooms may be too small for some, even for just one person. The hotel is very clean and offers a good breakfast. The best part of the experience is the personnel, who are exceptional
