The hotel was really really close to the beach and also to the most important destinations. It was quiet inside, clean and the staff was extremely helpful and kind.

The hotel was ok, small what you need for a weekend trip not more. But the problem was the amenities in the bathroom, when we asked for something extra such as conditioner there was not any, it’s a 3 start hotel…

I personally would have liked a large bath sheet/towel and maybe a dressing gown. Prices for the mini bar would also be helpful.

The hotel was in a great location, 5 mins from the promenade. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and comfortable. The whole hotel had an amazing smell too!

The room with a terrace was amazing! It was so nice to sit out there at night and in the mornings, it made us feel like we had SO much space. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Nice in the future.

The only downside was the bed which was made out of two mattresses and was a bit difficult to cuddle, but we made it work. I won't give it a 9 because of this but it's just something for the owner to look into and improve if possible.

My wife and I stayed at Palm Hotel Nice for 6 nights and we loved it. The checkin was easy and the owner helped us with a few tips on Nice, the terrace was great for eating takeaway food, the room spacious and clean. We asked for room cleaning every 2 days and they respected our privacy. The hotel is really central, 10 minutes walk from Nice Ville station and close to buses which was perfect for us because we visited a lot of other cities on the French Riviera.

The only thing that could have been better was the hallway to the room - it was very very dark! It was painted a dark color and had motion sensitive lights but not enough, it felt a bit unsafe and sad. The room was small but big enough.

The Location was fantastic; within walking distance of the beach and old town.

The hallways have automatic lights, and so they can get quite dark when walking down.

Perfectly located close to the main strip and within a 10 minute walk of the train station. The front desk staff were so kind and helpful in answering questions and communicating with the local taxi service. Rooms were clean and beach towels were available for rent.

Can't really think of anything. You get what you pay for and we were very satisfied.

Wonderful reception staff. Good english. Very helpful and eager to assist , especially Barbara. Room was very good value for money. Bathroom has basic, but modern facilities. Excellent water pressure. Room was a decent size for a couple. Minibar, small safe, small TV with French channels. Room was clean when received and cleaned again when we requested it. Great location. 200m from a supermarket + a huge restaurant area with many, many options. The hotel itself is in a quiet area. There is a restaurant across the road, but no noise from it. Hotel offers breakfast, but we preferred to eat out. The sea is also very close by and an extremely easy stroll.

There is a noise factor, firstly from the street and a bar that is loud at night, I used ear plugs and was jet lagged, so that helped. You also get noise from adjoining rooms, my last night was people scraping furniture, probably moving their suitcases etc. The view is a bit grim, but kind of interesting as well, some funny moments people watching across the road. Luckily, there are blackout curtains as bright lights shine in at night.

The location was amazing, nice, friendly woman who checked me in and gave me great advice around where to eat etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was big with a nice bathroom. Linen is getting a bit worn, but I liked the bed which was comfortable. Easy to walk to the beach, has a nice cosy feel and plenty of restaurants around.
