Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandA hairdryer would've been lovely! The bed wasn't very comfortable but for a very cheap last minute accommodation, it was great. A little noisy but that's due to the location.
The room was rather modern (apart from the TV) and well thought-out. The space was very well optimised, there were multiple plugs, a bit of room in the bathroom to store your healthcare products, it was surprisingly clean, and the staff was friendly despite the place being quite clearly understaffed.

SlovakiaBreakfast - really small offer. It is better to save money and buy something in groceries. No place in room, where to put wet clothes or umbrella, not even wet towels. It is acceptable for one night, but we were two nights and it is a little bit tricky then.
I admire cleaning ladies because for guests it is hard not to make a mess in such a small place. Especially by many guests in one room. For example we were three with a dog and it was raining, bad idea to go to such a small space. But I really appriciate that the hotel accepts dogs.

United KingdomRooms were a little small, 3of us in the 1 room with not much space to get around the bed. The table was wedged into a corner and my child could just about fit in the little gap to eat his dinner. Also, the bathroom door kept opening (no lock on it).
Located next to several fast food restaurants, which are open until late (around midnight) 2 having activities for children to play in and all being halal food. Also, many bus stops a 3min walk which take you directly to a train station into the city. Was told the main police station was local, explains why we saw numerous police cars, atleast we were in a safe environment... We were greeted by a man in reception who was very welcoming and was able to assist with arranging taxi's if needed. Cleaners were very nice and greeted us every morning, gave my son time to practice his french which was lovely. Overall, very pleased with this accommodation. And would stay again if we visited.

The hotel we had actually booked through Expedia cancelled on day we were travelling, which left us in a difficult situation. While on the ferry did search and found this one through booking.com. Description was clear and map with directions perfect. Really pleased and would recommend it. Premiere Classe hotel Fleury Merogis. Staff very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Parking good. Quiet. Breakfast good. Transport into Paris Centre good via bus and train.

PolandThe bed, there were bedbugs everywhere after I went to bed. I lost my sleep around 2am and my body had small pimples everywhere. I couldn't work the following day when I went back home. I tried to contact booking multiple times but none of the numbers worked. My stay was terrible. I will never book in Première Classe again.
The staff was nice. And The place smelled good.
