We booked because the Hotel had a lift. But it was not mentioned that there were steps to enter the hotel, internal steps to reach the lift, internal steps to reach your room. This made it difficult with heavy luggage to manage on your own.

The temperature of the room was a bit hot and the thermostat didn’t allow us to bring it to the temperature we would have liked.

The room was perfect. Very clean and fresh on arrival. The kitchenette was great for preparing our own meals.

Friendly helpful staff fantastic buffet breakfast we were a party of stranded College students when flights were cancelled back to London due to bad weather.....nothing too much trouble even printed our new boarding passes.....rooms are fabulous and homey a big fridge microwave and hotplate to cook...supermarket 3 mins away make your own tea and coffee.. near to the shopping mall and the most comfortable bed you will ever sleep in...well done and thank you to Martine and colleagues in reception. We will see you again!!

Breakfast was poor and very expensive, not great food and limited selection. Disappointed that there was not any bar facilities to get a drink

Cleaning department was slow providing replacements/omissions like towels and even toilet paper to our room. Reception staff resolved the issue, however. Daily deliveries of water in single-use plastic bottles seemed at odds with environmental concerns.

Exceptional apartment hotel. Front desk staff were especially helpful and professional. Apartment was spacious, light, and well set up (with nice details like a magnifying mirror in the bathroom).

A kind of kitchen smells coming from outside in the afternoon and in the evening. it was impossible to get rid of them. The temperature in the room was to high, but opening the window meant letting the bad smell in, the air conditioning didn’t work because - according to the receptionist- it is switched off in this time of the year.

Very nice and competent staff. The receptionist were able to give me some infos concerning the city and tourist attractions. That was really good!

I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 AM after an extremely problematic and long trip from the US. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and I was so happy to have a clean, comfortable, well situated room to recover in, and it was perfect for my brief stay in Marseilles. Great location close to the hotspots of Marseilles, very clean and no frills.

Just a bit too far for us from the old port.35/40 mins walk it's also a long way from train station too 30 walk with suitcase.Nothing in the immediate area to see. Few restaurants.all the best in the Port. 30 mins by bus to the beaches. Staff booked our taxi to airport for us . They said it would be 40 euros. It was 57!! For a 15 min ride. Beware!!!

Caution refund. Many days to pay back. I was charged 200 euros for just 1 night and the money back is not automatic when checking out. 24 hours later the hotel still hadn't released the deposit from the card operator and I was informed that for cards in France the return period is 1 week and for cards abroad (in my case), the period is longer. At this point, I checked out 5 days ago and I still haven't received the deposit refund.

Fantastic location - nearby you had a large shopping centre, a great organic store and a supermarket nearby. The room was very comfortable with a great little kitchen (including the smallest dishwasher I've ever seen) with everything you need for easy dinners. I didn't cook but made salads with great produce from the store. Lovely fluffy towels, dressing gowns, nice Nuxe products. I can't fault this place. Currently in an Mercure and its depressing in comparison.
