Great location, clean and friendly hotel with very helpful staff

We book this hotel at a reasonably good price of under £100, the hotel communicated well with any question we had before the booking, especially regarding parking. The car park is around two blocks round the corner at a secure multi-story car parking which is manned. Do take into account if you’re travelling in a particularly wider car or you’re not the most confident driver it is quite narrow! When we checked into the hotel we was created by and approachable and friendly gentleman (I believe we heard his name was José). He was extremely helpful and showed us a map of some hotspots to visit as well as where to eat etc. If we are ever visiting Lille again we will be sure to stay here again, ideal location around 5 minute walk from the main plaza/city square. Added bonus was the coffee machine, with free coffee pods and 3 mini bar containing crisps, 4 drinks and some french waffles.

A/C wasn't working and although keeping the windows open at night provided a nice breeze, the early morning activity (trucks unloading, people talking) turned our 'quiet' room into a a room with a very early wake-up call. (I think it was about 4 am)

Staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable, amenities were nice. Appreciated the complementary snacks and water.

A fantastic boutique hotel located right into the city centre. Everyone was so kind and attentive, and the service was fantastic. The room was also very cozy and quiet. Special mention to Jose, one of the receptionists. He goes above and beyond to make you feel at home.

WiFi wasn’t great, We had a classic room and it was fine but nothing more, The bath towels were rather small.

Welcoming and very friendly and helpful staff Good position close to Eurostar station as well as the old town Nice lobby area for a drink and we appreciated the green initiative that if opted out of a full clean you got a free drink

The immediate neighbourhood is a bit rough. To an extent that's a consequence of being close to the main stations, it is, however very close to the really lovely parts of Lille, especially Vieux Lille.

This is a great little hotel. It is handy for both stations, is imaginative, comfortable and has very enthusiastic and helpful staff.

Second time we stayed in this hotel - we love it and it has become our reference in Lille! Very warm welcome by staff who are always available and helpful, excellent and quiet room in this boutique hotel, great care to detail to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, including a great quality and varied home made breakfast which we love. The location is perfect- within a walking distance from both main train stations and also the city centre. Rooms are squeaky clean and modern and comfortable, warm and beautifully designed, and the bed is superb. Great bathroom with all necessary facilities, ecological approach to cleaning services, tips for city visits and a shopping discount programme with several local shops- we appreciated all of these and look forward to staying again with this hotel!

- Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the Train Station and 10 from the Eurostar. - Excellent location for shopping. - Lovely decoration, African theme. - The best part of the hotel is the staff, Jose, Samuel and the girl that serve the breakfast were amazing and so helpful.
