The location of the hotel is great, which is near the city center and the river! The room has a great size with everything you need. I like the layout and particularly the lighting (has a big window). Also, the staffs here are all very friendly. I feel very comfortable staying in this hotel. Definitely wwelcome back next time.

The room could have been bigger and the price could have been cheaper.

The price was good and decent for the value I got. The room was pretty and clean. I did not find any dirt or bugs. The room was decent in size and the bed was very comfy. The location was good and the staff was very nice and accommodating. I did not have the breakfast so I cannot comment on it. I am very satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend to book this hotel when you are in Lyon.

It is central, close to metro and regional bus station. Staff was helpful. The room and the hotel were clean and safe.

2 minor issues. Soundproofing should be better but not quite sure if this is possible due to the age of the building and the room size was the bare minimum for a "suite".

Could only seem to get Russian programmes on the TV - or sport, did not ask for help to adjust but am sure it would have been readily available if I had.

Room was small, clean and bathroom was good. Breakfast was more than adequate and pleasant surroundings. I followed the directions given for the hotel location, very straightforward - but left the Metro stop by a sort of side route - not the main ‘Sortie’ so ended up taking longer than necessary to find the location!! People on the street were very ready to point me in the right direction though! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The entrance was rather tatty and dark.

The room was rather small but comfortable and with good shower room facilities. The location was excellent for exploring Vieux Lyon and the surroundings. Breakfast was basic but very good including croissant, bread, cheese, yogurt, orange juice and tea or coffee. The breakfast room was really lovely. Erica and all the staff were really helpful and friendly.

My room was right outside reception. You could hear conversations and breakfast being served. A room down hallway would have been ideal and more private.

The check in was very welcoming and efficient. The location was great and easily walkable to old town and train station. The wifi was very good. The building is beautiful and very secure.

This place was a short walk from a train station. The location was fantastic for us to use as a base for our short stay. The staff were incredibly accomodating when we had to change our dates and upon arrival was extremely helpful giving us a map and advice on what to see in Lyon. Room was sweet and had everything we needed. Great breakfast at hotel to start the day. Would recommend:) Thank you

A tiny lift to get up to the hotel after some stairs, wasn't a problem for me but could only fit one person and one suitcase and could be challenging for other people to access.

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable and located so close to the train station from the airport. Beautiful walk along the river started just around the corner and it felt very safe at night. Friendly and helpful staff, and beautiful old building with character. Small supermarket located directly under the hotel was very convenient.

Maybe a larger choice of channels on tv. Room to be slightly larger to have space to put things out l.

The location was good as we as around 10 mins walk and then to walk to main part and square where there are restaurants and bars was around 15 mins walk. But was nice to walk along and see new shops and bars/restaurants as we walked.
