Location was central. Staff were amazing. Willing to walk the extra mile to provide excellent service. Warm, knowledgeable and professional. Good team work. Clean spacious shower with lots of hot water. Elevator.

Nothing major. A little more food for the breakfast would have been welcome but what was provided was probably sufficient for most people.

The location being in the centre was very convenient and the room was comfortable and clean. The staff i particular were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, my room had everything I needed including a TV and air conditioning. The price of the hotel was very good. The location was very central and easy to walk everywhere, but at the same time it was quiet and I slept really well every night. The staff were friendly and helpful. If I return to Toulouse I will definitely stay there again.

The wifi, luckily I didn't have to work like I was planning when I reserved the hotel. The speed is not great but that's not the main problem, the biggest problem is that the way they setup their wifi, it's impossible to use a VPN service, I tried with two different services, no luck. This is a requirement for me to work remotely from the office, if I had to work, I would have gone in search of someplace else to work.

The location is great, downtown. Close to restaurants, bars and transport. The room was spacious, clean and with good amenities. The staff was nice and helpful.

Clean room with good bed (quality mattress). Full amenities (towels, linen, hair dresser etc.) provided with ensuite WC and shower. Green policy applied. Within easy walking distance for central and famous sights (easy walking level). Close to main train station with easy access by bus (short walking distance max 12mins) as well as bus access from the airport (preferred method). Variety of cafes, mini-shops/food stores and restaurants close by. Staff is friendly, smiling and helpful as well as available 24/7, if needed. Generally good value for money, a quality choice and in a quiet although central area of the city!

The only downside was that a lady in the next room could be heard talking to another lady on her speakerphone, both of them could be heard from around 06.00 for at least an hour.

Great linen,comfy bed nice and quite , the maids got about there rooms cleaning in a quiet manner during day which is rare. Fantastic, fridge coffee and kettle too , toilet had shower gel shampoo very nice touch for the price ! 👌💯

Nothing to be honest. It's a little basic as it's a two star hotel, that's why my rating isn't any higher but it's very much worth staying in.

The breakfast room is really strange : three tables in a tiny place without windows, not charming. Two points for information : the bathroom was clean but old fashion, with a bathtub from 50's; not adapted to disabled person (a good point : it is noted on the entrance door, a bad point, not seen on the Booking presentation.

Exactly the best place for me in Toulouse, 2mn to President Wilson Place et tenth of restaurants, 10 mn walk to Capitole Place, a crossroad for subway... Quiet, Room clean and good, nice staff...
