We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomsome of the less experienced staff were a little hesitant but were clearly being well mentored by their senior colleagues. nearly 30 quid to park my car was a bit much but thanks for letting me keep it there after check out while we went into town.
light and airy, very clean, lovely big room and comfortable bed. a bit of a walk into town but through pleasant surroundings. The staff were lovely with a special mention to Imaan in the bar and Robert in the restaurant, both of whom were fabulously professional and attentive. The food in the terrace was outstanding

United KingdomWe couldn’t get a parking spot at the hotel as the car park only has a free spaces and it was full when we arrived at 2.30pm on a Saturday. We found a space in the nearby road.
Beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely garden. Great location. Free bikes which we used and loved cycling around Cambridge early in the morning.

This room was amazing! This hotel was the bests we have stayed at in all of UK! It was quiet, clean and comfortable - especially the bed, as Americans we get confused by UK bed sizes, we are used to a US King and this was 2 twin beds together with a comfort top which had no seam in the center and was spacious and comfortable! The room had air and a fan which was very comfortable to sleep, which we did! The bathroom was clean and had a nice size shower. The breakfast was great, even for me, as I have food allergies, they were very accommodating! We took a nice bike ride around town with the Hotel bikes - amazing!

United KingdomWardrobe seems to have been designed primarily for MEN’s clothes- hanging space too short for WOMEN’s dresses. Didn’t much like GLASS sliding door into bathroom- it rattled when slid making it somewhat noisy. A hook on back of bedroom door would be useful for coats/ dressing gowns etc.
Room very comfortable. Alternative bedding available on request. Air-con was easily adaptable. Breakfast excellent- including good choice of gluten-free food and non-dairy milk. Staff extremely helpful and available.

There was a gluten free station in the continental breakfast room that had wonderful muffins, bread, bagels and cereals! Staff were pleasant and courteous. Beds and pillows were so comfy! Teas, coffee and hot chocolate in room were delicious. Even the tea cups and tea pot in room were such a nice touch.
