We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomMy room didn't have much natural light but it was a cheaper single and imagine the other rooms would have been much better. It was however super clean and comfortable so fine for what it was!
Staff were really friendly, lovely relaxed decor and spacious comfortable bar and restaurant area. The gym and spa area were well equipped, clean and not too busy.

Food was excellent, parking ample, location was very good, nice bar area to relax. Shower was good however the ceiling was in poor repair and needed painting which was a shame.

United KingdomThe room I was in was buried at the very back of the hotel with lots of stairs and corridors to get to. Not overly comfortable as a single female travelling alone. The shower didn't have any shelving to put items on so had to put everything on the floor.
The room was pleasant. Outlets everywhere which is really helpful to charge electronic devices! The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of choice.
