Functionality in the room. -A mini rack inside the shower room so we can put soaps and all and not on the ground. -too many main bulb lights for aesthetic that can actually cost a higher bill to the owner and it’s too bright for the client. One main light is enough and side lights for the bed. -only one key provided so if you have a friend with you and you have to go separate ways during the day, it’s a bit inconvenient since you have to wait for your friend to get home if he/she has the key. (Yes we can leave it at reception but it’s not 24/7)

-Easily Accessible: It’s in between firostefani central and fira central. Very good location and there’s a passage where you get to go through the quiet neighborhood than the main street. -Beside a grocery store -nice staff -spacious and peaceful

The Internet was a bit hit and miss, but apart from that, everything was great.

The apartment we stayed in had everything we needed, including a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. The staff are lovely and would definitely stay again.

Angeliki and her partner were extremely accomodating, kind and let us know where to go in the area. They let us store our luggage after checkout while we wandered a little more. The room was also very comfortable, nice and clean! We really enjoyed staying here!

The bathroom was small in comparison to the entirety of the apartment.

There were a lot of switches which did not seem to be connected to anything not really a problem just a bit confusing for turning lights on or off.

I loved the balcony for watching the sunrise. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was great, very close to Fira town and the bus station for getting around the island. It was also very close to a great spot for watching the sunset.

if you take bus to there, you need to walk 10 mins which is quite hard with big luggage 😅

Very clean small modern hotel with excellent water views! Great location between Fira and Firostefani, very walkable to restaurants, shops, and the caldera view. The ladies at reception were very nice and had excellent recommendations. We didn't want to leave.

Lovely, super-clean, small and friendly hotel with great and supportive staff. The best location on Santorini, walking distance to most of iconic spots, with a mini market, tavernas and places to get coffee in a direct surrounding. Adding to the above price/quality ratio makes it a perfect choice. I am grateful we stayed at Afrodete Hotel.

We had everything we needed, and enjoyed having access to the pool. The staff were helpful and we were thankful to be able to leave our bags a little later past check out. We also appreciated the assistance to book an airport transfer.

I spent only one night in the hotel, as a stopover between ferry and flight. The hotel is close to the city center, but so far away that the noise is not audible. The room was spacious, modernly furnished. I found it very pleasant that I was informed in advance that fireworks would take place on that day and I should adjust my evening planning accordingly.

We asked the hotel to book us a taxi to the airport. This was expensive at 25 Euros for a 15 min journey but we wanted the convenience. The driver demanded payment up front. He was rude and aggressive and then went on a detour to pick up other passengers! When the people were not there he parked and left the taxi without any explanation. It was a very uncomfortable and disturbing experience. I complained to the hotel about the company they were partnering with and eventually received 10 Euros in compensation. This shouldn't have happened though.

Our room was large and very comfortable. The location is superb. The hosts were very helpful and a provided lots of great advice on where to go and how to get around. After we checked out we were able to leave our bags and then have a shower and get changed before we left.
