The bathroom is not very planned. There is a bathtub without a partition or a curtain beside the toilet and so water spills everywhere. It was also not very clean. The AC in our room tripped a number of times though it was fine in the other. One needs to get up on the extra bed carefully as there are sharp ends and you can get seriously scratched.

The location was amazing, the view from balcony was wonderful. The elevator is also good enough! The apartment is also very clean!

Alektor was perfect for our short stay in Zakynthos town. We stayed here for 4 nights, the position is just ideal and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable bed, Wi-Fi was working well.

We base our reviews on cost and we only paid £75 for a night. We had a nice clean apartment, yes it could do with some modernisation, however, had all we needed and location is worth the cost alone. The owner Tania “I think “ was such a courteous person, and nothing was an issue. Well defo be back for a night or two next season.

We were above the restaurant and close the the squares where it’s busy. The Restaurant below was 10/10, it was my partners birthday and they sang to her in Greek, brought cake too 👏🏼

Location was superb, restaurant below was great but music every night goes till midnight, sometimes layer. Very central 👌 Lighting on bathroom horrible, no fan for showers, etc. Missed paper towels!

The communication with the host was practically non-existent, they don't respond on booking or by phone(they are busy with the restaurant). We arrived there after 9 o'clock in the evening and didn't have hot water(We stayed only for a night so we didn't have time to complain about this to the owner)

The location is great, the room was clean. the hotel has an elevator, we could do an early check-out (we left the key at the reception desk)

The address needs to be more detailed. They didn't reply to messages very much. There was no one at the front desk, so I had to go to the restaurant in front to find someone to solve the problem. I don't know if there is no Wi-Fi in the middle of the night. In addition, the water was cut off at 7:40 in the morning. The water is a bit salty.

The location is pretty good, but when you check in, you have to look in the direction of the pictures. It's on the second floor of a restaurant. The address is only shown in the square. There are many restaurants nearby. There is a refrigerator.

- The pictures of the apartment shown on Booking are kind of old (in reality some parts of the furniture is not new anymore, the taps are rusty, etc.) - Tap water did not flow for several hours in the last day

- The location was very good (in the city center) - The sea view was wonderful - Good Greek live music (from the restaurant downstairs) - It was clean (cleaning was done every other day)

I booked the room for 3 people as was possible, but when we arrived it was all set up for two people, only two towels two made up beds two pillows etc. So that was a bit disappointing, BUT the staff resolved it very quickly and from then on the stay was absolutely perfect!

The location was amazing, everything was close by and our balcony had a lovely view of the bustling town below. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful

Only one thing the under sink cupboard always smelt, just needed better cleaning.

Lovely rooms, unfortunately I stayed there while my husband was in the hospital. Had I been visiting the town as a tourist they are perfect rooms, everything you need, you are completely left alone, very private and you overlook the lovely square with all its activity.

This is a VERY tiny studio apartment. The pictures make it look much bigger. Make sure the pictures you are looking at on Booking are the actual apartment you are booking. It was extremely basic in an older building and nothing to cook with even with a small kitchen. We only stayed one night while we waited for our AirBNB to become available down the street as we arrived in Zante earlier than expected. There were no lights working in the hallway of many stairs so be careful. Really low price but I’d say there are better budget apartments in Zante.

Perfect location in the heart of Zante town. Very clean with good wifi. Easy pick up of the keys at the restaurant under the apartment - Alektor Restaurant.

Communications with management was not great. As other posts have mentioned there is nobody on the front desk and check-in is through the restaurant.

Loved the location, comfort, inclusions and sea view. Despite being in a high pedestrian area it was relatively quiet thanks to the soundproofing in the room. Restaurant attached the hotel seemed very popular.

Fabulous position in the lively Solomos Square with an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops. The studio apartment feels new, bright and spotlessly clean, with lovely views. The host was very responsive to messages and helpful.

There is no cleaning (including changing towels or getting more toilet paper/toiletries) because of covid, so it's good to consider if you plan to stay many days. We never saw anyone at reception, got the keys from the restaurant by the hotel.

We found it hard enough to sleep as there was a bar or nightclub very close to us playing music all night, and I mean all night until around 5am. But we stayed on a Saturday night, so maybe it isn't like that every night. If we had earplugs we'd have been grand. And that might suit some people, so depends what you're after really. Unfortunately, we were getting an early morning ferry and were wrecked.

We just stopped in for one night before taking the ferry. The apartment is in a very convenient location, close to all amenities. Plenty bars and restaurants nearby as it's right in the main town area. Room was nice and comfortable, very clean. Around 15 minute walk to the ferry and it's nice around the square and promenade right across from the apartment.
