The gym was a little small, but fine and well, newly equipped.

Spa area was great, but it was a quiet period. With more people might be different. Food was good and staff was very friendly. Spacious room, modern, with a nice view and quiet. The setting is quite unique with views.

We felt that charging the use of the swimming pool daily was a bit overwhelming for the standards of the resort.

1. Congratulations to the Chef! We tasted almost everything, and from plate to plate, we experienced a boost of flavor and great pairings. 2. Amazing staff; warm, kind, easygoing, and ready to help any hour of the day or night.

Too chilly to use outdoor pool I only would have liked a dip in the indoor pool (didn’t want steam or cold rooms etc) but my husband and I was not prepared to pay 40 euros for a ten minute dip in pool

No duvet on the beds may be after renovation. You have to pay extra for the indoor Pool.

Your sitting on the top of the hill and the view from the restaurant and the room is breathtaking. They are under renovation and gave us a corner room as far as possible from the construction so it was no issue for us. Food at the restaurant was very good and the already renovated restaurant is very stylish.

Something needs to be done with the bugs that were flying around the restaurant at dinner, particularly around and on the table often flying into drinks, the food and on us. The hotel needs to find a solution if it is to continue to offer outdoor dining at night.

The breakfast was excellent, lots of choices and the food was tasty. Staff were very helpful. The view from the restaurant was fantastic. We had drinks and cocktails by the pool with some friends, we had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly.

It's a very nice super comfortable modernly designed hotel located on a hill and overlooking the valley. We enjoyed both staying in the room, as well the spa zone is amazing and very relaxing, though we couldn't have a massage as all was booked - so highly recommend to reserve it in advance. The breakfast is great with a great variety of food.

I assume that the pool was recently cleaned because there was a bit too much chlorine especially when using the hydromassage of the pool. I think it would be better to reduce it in the future.

- Christmas Eve event was not for free or at least at a reasonable price for the hotels residents. - The hotel was in renovation but this did not affect the room price

Perfection!!! No other word to describe this perfect hotel. Very high level in every detail. Perfect decoration, perfect rooms, perfect staff and service, perfect food, perfect facilities, perfect atmosphere, perfect view. No doubt a place to come back for few days vacation. An example of how hotel should look and operate.

Signage on arrival was confusing. It was difficult to navigate the property when parking and getting to reception.

Beautiful location on a hilltop, great views, close to the Meteora monasteries (30 minute drive). The rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel has a very nice rooftop swimming pool and bar/restaurant, as well as a completely renovated spa (indoor sauna & pool & massage rooms). Breakfast and food good but not exceptional. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here and would for sure come back if we visit Meteora again.

Modern hotel already partially renovated : great new seasonal pool and spa center ! Renovation works continue (only between 9h and 15h). Very friendly staff. Free underground car park. Beautifully located on top of a hill, away from the hustle and bustle of the city Trikala and of the tourist village of Kalampáka. Great views. A little bit further to the Meteora, but in my opinion still an/the ideal starting point to visit the monasteries.
