Sotiris is a great host. He took care of us from the beginning. Our flight was delayed and the luggage’s were not delivered. He kindly helped to us to contact the relevant company and the luggages were delivered on the next day. His recommendations of restaurants are also nice. The apartment is clean and lovely. With a short walk to Oia town Centre, it is quiet and can be relaxed. The hot tub worked very well and in good temperature. We enjoyed our stay.

Very very pretty property with a hot tub and downtown is easily walkable. Parking is available. Breakfast was a feast! Sotiris even arranged for someone to take us from the airport to the ferry for a reasonable price with a huge beautiful van for just 3 of us.

Everything. Prime location 5/10 min to the main town of Oia for sunset, shops, Ice creams, Yogurts, and amazing restaurants. The Bus stop where everyone goes is nearby to explore the Santorini island. Sotiris is very helpful, funny, a caring man who wants you to enjoy and relax. A family run business, the boutique apartment home service from the heart, plenty of laughs, very helpful advice & information so that you don't get ripped off. The big breakfast and the small touches for the apartment like a bottle of white wine for welcome made this place special. Lovely breakfast every day which they provide to you, with plenty to eat and drink. Your very own private garden with a hot tub was very handy and luxurious. Helped on the slightly breezy evenings or if you simply want to chill out. Handy for anyone to stay. Lovely spacious room with a great big shower. The cat and kittens of the apartment around the garden & hot tube area walking around were very adorable. The pool and garden itself was clean, quiet and a feeling to relax before heading out to adventure or coming back from exploring. A quiet area that is right by a very quiet small road with lights heading into the town. An ideal base and the place to be if you want to be out of the hustle & bustle, but also close to the main town. Very convenient. I'd recommend coming here to stay here in Santorini. I would come back here again. Whether it's to explore the Island, or if you want to see Oia's prime location at its best day/night, or to spend some time to relax also.

Fantastic host - Sotiris was amazing, so helpful and welcoming and always available to help us get the most from our holiday! We received a warm welcome, wine & chocolates on arrival, plus unlimited bottled water for the duration of our stay. We were given excellent information about the area, things to do and places to eat that were good value for money. The apartment is lovely - spotlessly clean (by Daisy) with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The room is very spacious with a cave style bathroom and the added bonus of a private garden and jacuzzi, which was also kept very clean. The pool/breakfast area is beautiful, clean and very peaceful - we often had the pool to ourselves. Breakfast is excellent, consisting of different breads, pastries, cheese, honey, jams - plus freshly cooked surprises each day - crepes, eggs, omelette. Breakfast was so good we didn’t need to eat again until evening. We have had the best holiday in Santorini, largely because of Sotiris and his attention to detail and genuine wish that his guests have a great time 😊. The busy village of Oia is a short walk up the hill (a few minutes) - so the apartments are perfectly located for those who enjoy peaceful surroundings that are close to all the excellent bars, restaurants and shops. 100% recommend! The stay at Apanomeria was nothing short of 5 star. The room and facilities and breakfast was exceptional, we will recommend anyone to book this spot. Location is also perfect!

Very nice apartment in a fantastic location. Sotiris is an amazing host who goes out of his way to make his guests get the most from their stay on the island. It is a short walk up the hill to the busy main square of Oia but feels miles away as it is so peaceful. The room itself was perfect for us. Breakfast is great.

Excellent stay that exceeded our expectations. There is excellent attention to detail in this family-run business with well appointed rooms, nice touches like robes and free water, and a friendly host. The jacuzzi and gardens are well maintained with daily cleaning. The photos do not do this property justice. The breakfast was generous.

Highly recommend! Beautiful place close to town yet still offering a peaceful and relaxing environment, with rooms equipped with everything to make your stay super comfortable. However it was the host and his personal touch to the property that made staying here a highlight of our trip. He ensured all needs were met and we felt right at home. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt spoilt and pampered. Our room had its own jacuzzi in its private garden and after a hard day of doing nothing except lie around the pool it was so pleasant to relax in the jacuzzi with a bottle of fizz. The room was so spacious with wifi even faster than that we get in the UK. King size bed, fully equipped kitchenette (not that we used it), cave style bathroom: every eventuality had been considered when kitting out the room. A gorgeous breakfast was served on the terrace with far too much to finish: the fruit from the garden was so fresh. Lounging around the pool we we kept refreshed with more fresh fruit straight from the garden, bottled water and beer. There was nothing at all to nit-pic over, a 100% positive experience. If we visit Oia again then the Apanomeria will be top of our list as a place to stay.

From the moment we arrived Sotiris made us feel comfortable and at home. The room was larger than expected and very clean. He took time in going through the different amenities and was always quick with responding to any questions and enquiries. It was our first time in Santorini so Sotiris gave us excellent recommendations and did not disappoint especially when it came to food reccys. The breakfast is freshly prepared every morning and he uses some of the fruits and veges from his garden. He always greeted us with a smile and you can tell he has a passion for what he does.

We liked everything about the place. The owner Sotiris helped us with everything, right from restaurants ,places to visit, shopping, transportation.The dishes he mentioned was worth trying. Loved every dish he recommened. Also the wine he provided in the room was awesome. The breakfast was specific to what you want with the allergies taken care of. Awesome stay.

LOCATION: excellent - it was a few minutes on foot from Oia center. The hotel is located down a hill so going to the city center might be challenging for some since you have to walk uphill. The uphill area is a good place to see the sunset ROOM: excellent - very spacious. I had a queen-sized bed & a very comfortable mattress with 4 pillows. Room is cleaned daily, jacuzzi is cleaned daily in the early morning & they change towels every 2 days. Wifi works great in every area of the room. Room had an electric burner, toaster oven & ref. The host provides water so you don't have to buy it. The room came with a complimentary wine & chocolates. There is a phone in the room to contact the host as needed. The aircon works well which is a welcome thing when you come in after a hot day GARDEN AREA: room had a walk-out garden area where the hot tub is which is cleaned daily (early morning). Nice place to hang out & drink the wine the host provided. POOL & BBQ AREA - pool is cleaned daily. they have a number of beach lounge chairs & umbrella. they have a beautiful garden (flowers, herbs & fruits) & I was told the gardener comes in 2x/week. we had fresh melons from their garden for breakfast. I was informed guests can use the bbq area BREAKFAST - very good. They set it up near the pool under a shade. they serve each table with eggs, bacon, pancakes, bread, coffee, tea, juice & pastries NOTE: beach umbrellas are cemented to the ground which is good since it can get breezy sometimes / they have stray cats in the area (which you can find in the island anyway) but they make sure they are kept away when guests have breakfast / you can keep your bags in their ofc after check out / hosts give you recommendations what to do & eat. they keep an eye on it since it's a family-run business. great personal touch.
