The plunge pool is heated so while they can turn down the heat - it’s more of a spa like temperature rather than a refreshing pool.

We stayed in a caledera residence and its was fantastic! This particular residence (#1) is quiet, very private and has a spectacular set up! It’s below the main blue church domes and far enough down that 95% of the crowds don’t venture that far to disturb the quiet vibe. The views are incredible and you can sit in the private plunge pool all day! The staff were exceptional and friendly!

That we didn't stayed longer.

It was our best stay in Greece and Santorini, the room is simply amazing, very beautifully designed and decorated. The bedroom, the living room, the WC everything was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Really outstanding accommodations. The balcony with the hot tub as also amazing with seating and laying areas and an amazing south view from Oia to the sea and Santorini bay area. The hotel location in Oia is really good, on start part of the village near the castle, which is really close to the main restaurants and places in Oia and also not far from possible parking places near the post office. The breakfast was also great, the variety of served things and quality made it more like a brunch than a breakfast and it was the best we had in our stays in Greece. The staff was really nice and helpful and they even prepared a to go breakfast on the early checkout to catch the flight and they helped bringing and taking the luggage, which with all the stairs in Oia makes a lot of difference.

Nothing cuz it’s too perfect! TOP!

Due to the room availability, I book two different room for our 2 nights stay, so we have to change room after the 1st night, the reception smoothed the process of changing room and it was so convenient for us! They helped us to transfering the luggages to the new room! I have to highlight again: their service is perfect and deserves full star!! They also helped us to arrange the private shuttle to the airport on our checkout date.

Everything is perfect

Before our arrival, the hotel helped us to arrange the pick-up service from the airport. When we arrived at the hotel pick-up point, the local post office, they helped us to carry our heavy luggages to the hotel. It’s really difficult to carry two big heavy luggages to walk through the alleys, the hotel is located at the cliff, they really saved us!!! The receptionist was so nice and polite, we really appreciate their service!!! The apartment is perfectly equipped! The design attracted us a lot! The view of Thera is so amazing. We nearly spent our whole day in the hotel, because the view from the room is so perfect that we don’t need to go out for sightseeing. The only pity was that the room was so popular that we only can book one night! I will return!!! BTW, the breakfast was so delicious and delicate!!!

It was our first time in Oia, Santorini and I can only regret it was so short. I think a lot of the people know that the island is magic but I'm not sure whether same people know how amazing place the Armenaki hotel is. We had the room called Cliff Nest located at the top of the cliff with spectacular view. The room itself is very well equipped with everything what you may need during the stay (very comfortable bed, bathrobes, minibar, coffee machine, etc.) and outside (on the roof of rooms below) you will find two sunbeds and the jacuzzi with warm water). But what would a hotel be without its staff - and this one deserves the highest praise! We were greeted by the wonderful, very helpful Alexia - she was waiting for us with a welcome drink and a bottle of wine. Additionally, she recommended several local restaurants and helped with booking a table - the dinner was delicious. Long story short - I would like to thank the entire hotel crew for their hospitality and assistance, and ensure that it was my first but not last visit in this hotel.

There is nothing that we did not like

We loved loved loved Armenaki, breathtaking views off the cliffs of Oia, private heated hot tub, spotless clean room, delicious coffee. Amazing Manager Alexia who goes over and beyond to ensure that we feel welcome, have all of the information about popular restaurants, arrangements of transport, where to go and what to see. Absolutely amazing :-)

I cannot fault anything about the property

The staff were so friendly and helpful! They made the stay very comfortable. The room was the most beautiful room i’ve ever stayed in overlooking the water and sunset views every day. The breakfast was a banquet of very fresh food and all beautiful delivered to our room. Love the spa as well.

I liked everything

The location was in the heart of Oia, very convenient to everything. The hotel manager was exceptional and took care of everything, arranging airport pick up, taxis, excursions, and booking restaurants. The breakfast was included and their were many options. Highly recommend this hotel.

There are quite a bit of steps going down to the stays and walling back up to the main street. It us narrow and steep.

The view was breathe taking. Breakfast has a lot of choices as well. Gave us complientary wine as it is our honeymoon.

Our specific room (Cycladic Suite) was on the lowest level, with our gate from our patio going directly onto the walking path that is open to the public. When sitting in the hot tub, it was a little awkward when people would walk right by us. Another thing that we didn't like (not related to the hotel, but more about Santorini in general) was how many tourists there were coming off of cruise ships every day. The island can not support this crazy amount of additional tourists and it takes away from the experience of staying on this magical island.

The highlight of our stay was the daily breakfast outside with the breathtaking caldera view. We loved the food and the service. Our room was the Cycladic Suite, which had a good amount of space with a separate living room. Our bed was comfortable and the shower was spacious and had good water pressure. We loved sitting in the hot tub every night at the end of the day.

The cleaner keep putting the trash bag and pool cleaner on the rim of our pool while we are still in the room. It ruined the view when we are havinf ohr breakfast and feel very awkward dipping in our pool with that.

Staff Alexia was very attentive. The room was gorgeous and clean and the location is just 5 min walk from the blue dome church. Very photogenic everywhere.

The walk down to the hotel was steep - so if you have any walking difficulties, don't stay here. Staff will carry your bags up and down the stairs though which is helpful.

The hotel was lovely. Beautiful pool overlooking the ocean. Breakfast served daily on the balcony was great - although not very hot once it arrived. Still lovely though. The staff were amazing - so friendly.

Nothing! The one thing I will mention is the stairs to get down to the room are a little crazy, but as long as the guests are warned about it, it's totally fine. Would not recommend it for disabled or elderly guests. (see stairs in attached photo)

We loved everything! The location was amazing. It had a lot of stairs to get there but it was so worth it for the privacy and view. Plus a porter helps you bring your luggage to your room. The design of the room was beautiful. The bedding was amazing, which can be hard to find in Greece. The breakfast was also delicious and had so many options to choose from. We also ordered room service at night and it was delicious and not too expensive. A five-star experience and wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend splurging on this place. Oia can get very crowded (we were there end of September/early October and it was still crazy) so it is so worth it to splurge on a room with your own private view of the Caldera. No need to fight the crowds for photos :) You will not regret it.

Armenaki was a beautiful place to stay from the location to the amenities and the staff. Alexia and her whole team were lovely. There breakfast served in your room each day was delicious. Armenaki is perfectly located away from the crowds of Oia and has a wonderful view.
