The air con had a bright light that meant we preferred not to have it on at night.

WE LOVED THE LOCATION. Best of all were all the children playing in the square, happy and peaceful. Plus the sound of church bells in the morning. Cafe with excellent coffee just below the apartment! No noisy cars or motor bikes!!! The sound proofing of the windows cut out any extra noises.

We liked everything. The apartment is well equipped has everything you need, comfortable, spacious from wine and fruit to a washing machine dishwasher etc' Looks exactly like published and more. Located on a square near the brodwalk on the sea and many quality shops, very clean. We will definitely come back.

There was nothing to dislike at all. Even the nearby church bells sounded sweet.

The whole apartment was spotlessly clean. The décor was outstanding, and classy. Great location in the middle of Volos. Bottled water in the fridge, complimentary sweets too. Everything we could have wanted/needed was in this outstandingly equipped apartment, even down to a sewing kit, and emergency shaving kit. A huge help that it had Netflix too!! If you're visiting Volos it's a great place to explore from.

We had a great stay at this cozy apartment! Hosts are friendly and helpful. Location is impeccable, right in the middle of the main square. Access to restaurants and supermarket within couple of steps. Amazing balcony with the view and lovely sitting arrangement for morning coffee. Bright, neat and tidy apartment for couples and families with everything you need for a great vacation. We would definitely be back, 100% recommend.

First and foremost, the owner Zapantis, is incredibly nice and upon our arrival, came to meet us and help with our luggage and introduce us to Volos and our new home for the weekend. Upon entering, this place was so beautifully furnished and has been updated with all modern amenities. All of the rooms, including the front living area, step out onto very spacious balconies which face the bustling Center of the town and a beautiful church~it is a PERFECT place to have your morning coffee or your evening cocktail and just people watch. This apartment is centrally located and is within steps of all of the restaurants and shops~you cannot find a better location! Zapantis is such a gracious host and is so knowledgeable about everything Volos...he even gave us a departing gift of traditional Greek deserts! We give this place 5 ⭐'s!!!

Parking is difficult in this area as expected at a city centre. However there are good parking lots nearby which offer great prices if you stay for a few days.

This apartment is very comfortable, with all the facilities you might need. Even PS4!! Spacious, clean with a long balcony. Located at the St Nicolas square right at the city centre which makes it super easy to go out without the need for a car.

Great apartment in an amazing location, on the lively Agios Nikolaus church square. Across the square is a wonderful area of restaurants and pubs, and the seaside promenade is a few minutes' walk away. All these places have the nicest atmosphere. We also had the unexpected bonus of the impressive Easter celebrations taking place right under our balcony - bells, sung prayers and processions - it was beautiful, and when we wanted some quiet, the apartment has excellent sound insulation.

I was impressed by the freshness and simplicity of its style and design (despite the entrance of the apartments building was rather old-fashioned), the bedrooms were large, the layout/design of the apartment was excellent making smart exploitation of every cm2 that made it feel bigger than it is. Its decoration appeared brand new, modern and very professional (to the point I got some pictures as ideas for mine) and at least during my visit was superclean. Had all facilities I would need and really felt like home. The hosts were very kind and helpful and the whole family was really impressed and liked it a lot. Finding somewhere to park in this general area is an issue (but 2 blocks from there there is Volos Park, the parking not the hotel, which operates 24/7).

During the night while we were sleeping at 6am in the morning the ring bell sounded. I opened the door and to my surprise is was a guest there from previous week's stay who was looking for his forgotten passport in the apartment. I had to check the safe deposit for passport. Could find anything. Later on he came back at 9am again and asked me to check the 2nd safe which was located in the 2nd bedroom. The host called me to apologize and offered to pay me back the amount for 1 night to compensate me for this incident. This incident ruined our stay. The host ultimately did not pay me back the amount as promised. Sad, he could have communicated better with the previous guest to explain him where his passport was.

Nice clean apartment, near shops, cafes and restaurants. Attention to detail. Nice facilities.
