Everything was wonderful!!

The second we got to Filotera, we felt so comfortable and at ease. The location and views of this hotel is unbelievable. You quite literally cannot be in a better location. The hotel is situated right on the stunning Oia path. The hotel also offered us parking for our rental car which was a huge plus. We want to say a huge thank you to Irini. She paid attention to every detail and made us feel at home. She took into account what we wanted to do during our time in Oia and created a personalized itinerary for us- booking all the restaurants and giving her honest opinions. Irini is honestly what made our trip so wonderful. She was so sweet, patient and paid attention to all the small details. The breakfast was wonderful- we were able to try a variety of dishes from fruit, crepes to omelettes and Greek coffees. We looked forward to the breakfast every morning. The jacuzzi was a nice touch after a long day exploring. Everything was superb. I highly recommend this hotel- not only for the views/location but for the management (thank you Irini)

One of the best hotels I stayed on my life, great heated pool, great design, great people. We had problem with ferry and it get cancelled and we asked for late checkout, which was acceptable, they tried really to help to have a solution. They also recommend good restaurants and good activities around the area. The only thing that can be better is the welcoming, it should be a drink or fruits like other hotels, also the breakfast wasn't that big, but those aren't important.

Nothing to dislike!

Elsa who we met on arrival was very professional, helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. She showed us to our room which was an executive cave suite, larger than I expected and beautiful. We relaxed in the sun overlooking the stunning caldera which is breathtakingly beautiful, and were in and out of our outdoor heated jacuzzi which would easily fit 4 people in. We decided we would eat at the hotel and were the only diners at our time so felt like a personal chef, Bruno waited on us and made stunning cocktails and was very attentive, bringing me a blanket when he realised I was a little chilly when the sun had set. The food was delicious I had seafood linguine, gorgeous. We had a wonderful night's sleep in the cave, quiet and dark! Breakfast was served on our terrace (we chose the night before what we wanted) a mix of continental with parties fruit and yoghurt to pancakes, eggs and bacon, juices tea and coffee, all lovely. We would definitely come back - we stayed 1 night at the last minute as we were celebrating my husband's new job.

Love the location and the hospitality of the personnel was amazing, we felt so welcomed in here; We had the Honey Moon suite and they gave us a small bottle of wine and a beach bag and all kind of small treats from the house. We have an experience with a booking near Fira which didn't make us feel we are so welcomed and the place felt so cold because of lack of hospitality, even if the room was bigger than our honey moon suite at Filotera. Filotera has a parking place; if you have a rented car is a big advantage when visiting and staying in Oia. We stayed for one night and the next day we had to check out and they let us to use the pool and towels until 3pm when we had to check in into another location. The energy of the place is very lovely, our Honey Moon suite was so cozy, loved the energy and vibe in it. We would love to come back to this place.

Attention to detail, very clean. Even the staff was checking chlorine levels in pools. The bar tender Bruno made me the best drinks I have had on my stay in Greece. Maria makes amazing breakfast! Wow

There was a smell coming from the drain in the bathroom this may have been due to the extreme heat but it was constant and very unpleasant. The staff did try to clean the bathroom but I don't think there was a quick fix to the problem, maybe something that can be looked at long term.

Convenient location, right next to all the restaurants and view spots. Very friendly staff, always helpful and greeted us with a smile. The breakfast was exceptional, served on our balcony every day with a breathtaking view.

This was the most beautiful suite we’ve stayed in all of Europe. It was huge! My daughter and I stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, living room, dining room with a plunge pool and large patio. The architecture is stunning and the view is breathtaking of the Caldera sea!!! Our breakfast (love they would serve us late 10am) was so plentiful (you can pick multiple items daily) that we never ate lunch. The chef made the fluffiest, delicious eggs and avocado toast. We also would get the pancakes and the honey and cinnamon over top of them was truly delightful. The yogurt with granola and fresh berries with chocolate chips so yummy. Top quality food, they don’t skimp on anything! Also, taking photos along their stunning rock steps are perfect! People walking along the pedestrian walkway (above Filotera) would stop just to take photos of the rock staircase. Also, Filotera has a person 24 hours a day monitoring the only entrance, very private!

The best in Oia! I had an exceptional experience at Filotera Suites ! I would rate it 10/10 and consider it the best on the island. The room was incredibly spacious and exuded luxury. We were enthralled by the panoramic view of the caldera and volcano. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Breakfast at the hotel was a treat, offering a wide variety of options that could be enjoyed in the comfort of our room. The staff were not only friendly but exceptionally helpful, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The warm welcome drinks added a special touch to our arrival. One of the standout features of the hotel was its ideal location, Oia center favorite tourist areas. It provided a serene and private atmosphere, complete with a fantastic private hot tub where we could unwind and relax. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience. It is truly worth every penny, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations.
