Perfect location. Everywhere walkable. The roof terrace was fab and just what we needed. Clean rooms which were cleaned everyday. Beach towels, mats and a beach umbrella provided.Nadia was great and really helpful

Quiet and safe neighborhood which for us was a requirement. The room and the facility is fully renovated, the room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Also our communication with the properly was very easy and smooth, they are very kind and helpful. We are very happy with our stay, we would absolutely come back.

Everything! The whole experience was one of luxury, comfort, cleanliness and calm.. In particular, Lila was beyond helpful and her efforts made sure that my every need was catered for before even asking! She was fantastic!

Just a very small thing - the shower was a little odd for us (maybe it is typical in Greece/ Crete?) as you walked straight out of the shower into the room.

This is a unique and beautifully decorated boutique hotel in a quiet, historic little laneway near the old town (the photos don't do it justice). There were so many small touches, like the handcrafted furniture, the bath robes and the complimentary local wine. It is great value for money and Lila was so friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

A complimentary breakfast would have been nice but not a deal breaker .

Loved the quiet location, the size and decor of the room and the host very friendly. Additions like a nice size fridge, slippers, water and wine was a nice touch.

The location of the hotel is central, but the place is very quiet. Cleanliness is at a high level. But the greatest impression is made by the politeness, correctness and responsible behavior of Lila and Nadia. I often travel to Chania and will definitely return to this hotel.

Just outside the Venetian Port. You could easily drive up and unload luggage rather than have to haul your luggage over cobbled stones and up stairs. I have stayed in both locations, and this location makes it easy for a taxi drop off or parking. Parking is easy except on Saturdays when there is a giant flea market nearby. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. There is not a full time reception area so you must make advance arrangements if you arrive after hours. There is a lockbox outside the side door (from the alley side), for after hour arrivals. I will definitely make this my home base when in Chania.

Our expirance of the hotel was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was a bit remote therefore quiet which is good, with that saying the old town isn't that big so you can manage by walking. Lila welcomed us and was very kind, above and beyond!

Just one thing - We couldn't flush the toilet paper down the toilet, but this is how it is in several places on Crete.

We stayed in an apartment with a terrace and we felt incredibly comfortable there. The whole accommodation is nicely decorated, super equipped, with friendly and welcoming staff. Climate, coffee, beach towels, bathrobes, lots of space and best of all a terrace full of plants with sun loungers :)

Pure luxury in a fantastic area, quiet but only a 5 min walk to the local beach for a swim to cool down and a promenade of bars and restaurants, or another quick leisurely stroll to the harbour and the old town. The room had the WOW factor :) so bright with lots of windows, high ceiling, cute balcony, great bed, shower, and all the little luxuries like nespresso machine, the softest bath robe, slippers, and I could go on!! It's just perfection and I shouldn't say too much more because it'll be the place we will want to return to all the time! As for Lila the receptionist, such a friendly helpful person always smiling and chatty with all the answers to your questions, and the owner/architect Nadia so nice too. Book it .. but not for our dates!!! Lol it's just perfect and such a pleasure to stay there. Thanks girls see you soon :)

I have no words for how amazing and helpful was staff at Flaneur. Super friendly helpful and caring. Dont know if I have ever experienced this level before. Hotel was beautifuly designed with attention to detail. Nice comfy bed and welcome wine. I did not want to leave! Best experience.

Not something we didn’t like but could be useful for others. If you absolutely want to park near the property, this may not be the best place for you. That said, most of the hotels in the old town are most likely similar except if they have dedicated parking spaces.

We loved our room - we stayed in the room called Libertin which is on the ground floor of the building / separate entrance. Comfortable bed, modern and clean room,silent a/c working very well (not blowing too much air like some a/c do). The windows are really good and isolated us from the outside noises. They provide Nespresso pods and we got a small bottle of wine on the first day- always welcomed. Great location - in a quiet part of the old town, just beside the Saturday morning market and only a few minutes walk from one of the main squares. Parking can be a little tricky at the weekend -it gets busy!- but we always managed to park for free a few minutes walk from the property - which worked fine for us. We would stay there again if we were ever coming back to Chania. Thank you Lila.

Nadia and Lila are amazing hosts. Not only the hotel is perfect, with every corner well thought and beautifully designed, but the attention from them is warm and remarkable. Thay gave me fantastic recommendation of places to see in town ad great food locals. I felt welcomed since the very first moment. I would book again for sure!

Sadly this was a one night stay, the room was beautiful, spacious and very modern. The shower and bed were wonderful, had a good nights rest before catching my flight. Great facilities and very helpful & friendly staff. Next time I hope to stay longer :)

Great location, just outside the old town. The owner, Lila, was extremely accommodating. She gave many greatnl recommendations for sights, beaches, cafés & restaurants. The room was very spacious, clean and brand new-looking.
