The coffee was not so fine. The air conditioning in the room was a little bit noisy and the room was not so well isolated from external noise. The hotel car parking hotel is small just for 4-5 cars and I could not park my car during my stay. It is not easy to find free car parking around the hotel

The room was clean and large. The bed was comfortable and also the shower was fine. Breakfast was mainly salad, but some desserts were delightful. The staff was very kind. Check-in and check-out were speedy. I suggest this hotel in Heklion.

Breakfast picnic was awful. The sandwich had obviously been made a long time before and the bread was stale. The only thin we had was the juice as everything else was unappetising.

Best service and facilities I’ve had in our whole vacation! Front desk, especially the trainees, were so friendly and helpful!!! Restaurant staff were beyond exceptional! Restaurant prices were more reasonable than the cheapest place in Santorini ! Pizza was better than anything in Italy!!! Beyond impressed! Thankyou!!!

Everything was excellent. We stayed at the hotel for one night. The location was perfect for us - between the harbor and the airport. The old town is reachable by taxi (5 euros) or on foot (15 minutes). We were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in and were informed via mobile when our room was ready (around 12:00). Breakfast was good, and the taxi ordered through reception was punctual. Cost to the airport - 15 euros

Nothing - everything was lovely.

So I stayed at three hotels and one Airbnb in Greece and this was my favorite accommodation in all of Greece. It was PERFECT!!! The room was big, so comfortable, the amenities were phenomenal, the body wash smelled delicious, I loved the bathroom. The staff were the absolute kindness, greeted my boyfriend and I was such genuine warmth, I can’t wait to visit again!!

At first I thought that the hotel is rather far from the center, but then I found that was not so far The hotel and the room were very quiet Near the hotel I found an excellent pizza and coffee restaurant Silfio and also an excellent cafeteria with good cakes Kumakis there are also more eating options, for instant a restaurant called Kyriakis but it closes early in the evening

All the staff made me feel like they were welcoming me into their family. Thank you to the reception , the service team for breakfast , lunch & dinner , the housekeeping , the cleaners , the chefs, the concierge , maintenance - everyone worked like a family & not a business. The hotel is beautiful & it is amplified by all the staff who work together to make it that way :)
