A few rooms on the first upper story are not accessible by elevator and the stair rail has a design flaw. It gives out as it goes around corners. This did not work for me but they changed me to another room.

The location was great in a quiet spot a 5-10 minute walk from the center of town and our favorite restaurants and museums. An easy walk to the bus station too. The people at the desk were very nice, arranged taxis to the airport, recommended restaurants. The hotel is very modern, but not lacking in charm. They changed my room so that I had one accessible by elevator. The breakfasts were lavish and I liked it that breakfast was available as early as 7 AM. Also the breakfast room worked well as a place for us to have class and drink a cup of tea or coffee any time of day.

I would prefer more soft pillows and higher bed, but this has to do with my taste. Also there was a not pleasant smell coming from the bathroom , although the bathroom was clean. I suppose it was something temporary, but I mention it for the owners to check. But still very nice place and great value for money (January). Would stay again and have stayed before

It's a small boutique hotel and having stayed in the junior suite with a sea view, it was totally worth it. Breakfast spread is very limited and is literally repetitive which is boring for a 6day stay

Noise from the hotel (but not from outside) echoed around my room on the ground floor. In particular, a door slamming at all hours of the night really disturbed my sleep.

The staff were exceptional; everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The bed and pillows were really comfortable.

It is a small, cosy hotel with very friendly staff. Good breakfast, but only for a few days max (after that they would be too boring). Clean rooms, good location - close to the city centre and airport bus stop. I had a very early check-out, so I got a lunchbox, which I found very nice.

The room was ok, I expected it to be a little bit better from the pictures I saw. The view from the window was not something special, but I guess this is more of a personal taste question.

I liked the location, the staff and the breakfast. It is located very close to the city centre, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and breakfast was very good. There was no parking, but some private parking spots near the hotel made me a special offer.
