The breakfast was really good; enough choice of everything. The location is perfect, close to the old harbour, The Venetian Fortress and the city centre.

The lady on reception was excellent and extremely helpful with information and checking about the KTEL bus station change. The location for the lower town, port and bus station is great. This is a basic hotel with what you need and it is great at being that.

Bathroom a bit cramped: but everything worked fine, thanks. I was on foot but not sure of parking arrangements if in a vehicle.

Pictures provided were spot on. It was very quiet even though our balcony was over a significant street. Centrally located near the ferry terminal and a 15 minute walk from the bus terminal. It’s also near the hop-on/hop-off bus that will take you to Knossos Beautiful view of the old fort at night.

The faculty is a bit old

The staffs are super friendly, and even give us a map for Heraklion. Breakfast starts at 6:30, which is perfect for our ship schedule. Good location, 15 minutes walk to the port.

A kettle in the room would be useful. I like to have a herbal tea before bed. I possibly could have asked reception for some hot water in a cup if I'd thought to ask. However plenty of tea and coffee available from 6 am in the breakfast room. The bathroom is compact with hot water and a shower cabinet.

Perfect location for an overnight stay before an early morning ferry (or late arrival) as it's only 15 minutes walk from the port and the bus station. Clean and compact room with good quality bed linen and toiletries provided. Water in the fridge and free water cooler to top up if you need to. A substantial self serve breakfast served from 6 am. It's an easy walk into the main shopping area and lots of places to eat nearby. I recommend Kastello on the sea front. We last stayed here 10 years ago and I'm glad that standards are still good. I would book again for location and price. It's not luxurious, it's a comfortable and convenient. It does have a lounge area in the lobby and good WiFi.

The other rooms’ doors were close to ours and woke us up a few times when they were closed.

The staff are wonderful! We liked that it was close to shopping and food and we could walk to both. The manager came outside and helped us park. That was so nice of him!

It's very basic accommodation, as expected, so great for a short stay but I wouldn't want to spend massive amounts of time there.

Incredibly friendly staff and a large room that had everything you need for a short stay. Great views of the harbour, and a water refill station which we greatly appreciated.

Very nice staff, clean rooms, amazing views overlooking the sea. The beds are big. The room is compact. Breakfast is fresh but not abundant. Excellent value for money. We were very lucky because we got a parking space.

Need some renovation and more comfortable beds. If they put one more pillow per person will be better.
