There was no phone service inside of the apartment.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was spacious and very clean. It had every appliance we could need. Also, they offered us a tsoureki, because it was Easter, which we really appreciated.

Kitchen was spacious, but not enough equipment. We had an apartment for 4 people, but only 3 bowls, 2 small pots, no cutting knife,... We were constantly washing dishes 😉 A clothing rack to hang up wet clothes would have been useful as well. Laundry was very expensive (we went to a laundry service in Elounda instead).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Top service 👍 There's little to no noise both at night and day. The close by beach is better than the others in that area. For shopping I would recommend renting a car or scooter. The hotel also provides rentals for bikes, scooters, quads etc. I rented an e-bike and it was hassle-free

If I’m being really nitpicky, all modern hotels which require not flushing toilet paper should have a toilet shower. We were on the side of the hotel (building 1, first floor) and every morning we could hear the laundry truck.

The staff were amazing and the room was super clean 👌The location was perfect fowr a beach holiday and very close to Agios Nikolaos. We used it as a base to explore most of the island and found the location very practical for most of our trips. The breakfast was great quality and diversified from day to day.

Perhaps a faster coffee machine would be beneficial; the slowness in delivery caused a certain frustration amongst guests.

We stayed in both the Beach Walk and Lazar Lux Hotel. Very friendly staff. Amazing breakfast with varying specialties every day. Modern, luxurious rooms. Nice pool area. Beach and restaurants at a 1 min distance. Especially the private jacuzzi in the Lazar Lux Suite was amazing.

Only it would be way better if the beach was closer meaning that if the beach were part of the property, like just at the exit, because to go to the beach you have to walk and cross a road. It’s not so easy for families having a baby like us for example. The property should have like a small park with slides and swings adaptable for families with kids, that would be great too. Other details I can mention are that we booked a 2-rooms apartment but the AC was shared between both of them, so we had to have the door that separate them always open. In contrast with the living room’s AC, the shared bedroom’s AC was not very efficient. There was a security green light installed on the wall of our room that was very bright ; the handyman helped us putting some scotch tape but it was so bright that unfortunately it disturbed us when trying to sleep at the night.

The staff was the best of this property. They are like a family. We won’t forget Chronis and Ritsa, always helpful with our children, always supportive, kind, funny. The maids work hard every day and always are smiling. At our arrival, we had some stuff at the room that needed to be reviewed/repaired and the handyman was there right away to solve everything. Room was comfortable and the pool is perfect for kids and adults. Snacks and drinks are at affordable prices.

Small bathroom. Beach that is close to the appartment is crowded, and if you want to use sunbeds, you have to go early in the morning. There is nothing to do at night close by if you want to go somewhere without car, there are only three tavernas next the beach for some dinner time. Cars are essential.

Beautiful room with lovely terrase, a lot of greenary, realy nice pool with sunbeds. Friendly and helpfull stuff. Close to Agios Nikolaos 5 min by car, and to the small beach by foot. We liked beach that is close by- 3 min by car Beach Almyros.

Toilet kept being unable to flush, even after 2 visits from the staff workers. Hopefully will be properly sorted out.

Convenient location, a short distance from a sandy beach. Very pretty inside and outside, with nice plants outside the sitting entrance. Usefull apartment for making simple snacks.
