The very warm welcome from the family who run the apartments. Natalie, Sophia, Nicole and Christian were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Special treatment for our friends birthday. The apartment view was stunning overlooking the lake/ sea. The pool and gardens are perfect. A wonderful place for a relaxing holiday. Just returned after an amazing week in Corfu and we cannot rate this accommodation enough! Natalie, Christian, Sophia and Nicole were all incredibly friendly and hospitable, which added to our holiday. Between the pristine apartment, the beautiful view overlooking the lake, and relaxing by the pool, we couldn’t of asked for anything more. We can’t wait to go back next year!

We were given a lovely selection of snacks on arrival. The pool was beautifully lit up at night. There were good restaurants nearby (walking distance) but it was tranquil with lovey views. It was close to Corfu town and to some beautiful beaches. The hosts were exceptional in their care and hard work. They even provided strawberries and cream, chocolates and wine when they hear our daughter was getting married in Corfu !!

Two of our daughters stayed in a beautiful apartment overlooking the lake. It is so tranquil here and Natalie, Christian and Sophia were so kind. Another if our daughters was getting married and the family did above and beyond with some wonderful provisions. Thank you so much Natalie and family

The property is a short walk from the main village but the beach is about a 5 minute easy walk and there are 3 restaurants close by.

This property has stunning views over the Gouvia bay. The pool and gardens are beautiful and peaceful. The little apartment is comfortable and very clean. The hosts were very keen to deliver a relaxing experience. It is a family business. Sophia had made fig jam from the figs in the garden and gave us a pot which was delicious. Highly recommended.

The mattress was a bit firmer than i am used too but got used to it.

The gardens and the overall property are lovely. We enjoyed the terraces overlooking the pool or the bay. It is charming and beautifully kept property. Rooms are clean and you have everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The hosts are super pleasant and there if you need anything. The location (distance from the city and beaches) is great if you have a car. We would recommend 100/100 Maison Metel for a nice family vacation.

The location was great, nearby the airport, marina, and restaurant. A welcome pack was given at our arrival with biscuits, coffee pods, and fruits. We highly appreciated Christian's help from check in until check out !

Weak mobile signal, my phone migrated to Albanian networks a few times so be careful of your roaming settings and fees (this is not a property fault but rather common in the area). WiFi not available in some areas, I would suggest installing additional access points to expand the coverage.

The lovely Maison Metel villas are very well positioned on the shore of Kontokali Bay, in a quiet and secluded area where you can spend a romantic vacation away from crowds and city noise. The property is very clean and well tended. the hosts are always helpful and take good care of all the details that can make your stay as much comfortable as it can be. The pool is large and well maintained and the garden surrounding the villas is amazing. The local beach is in walking distance, also you have a few tavernas you can reach by foot. Corfu Town is reachable by car in less that 15 minutes. Other beaches, restaurants and other attractions along the coast can also be reached easily by car. Special thanks to our host Christian who was always ready to help with anything we needed. We will be happy to visit again and will choose this property with all the confidence that our stay will be as wonderful as the last one.
