Our stay at the hotel was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful, clean and perfectly located. Every room was different but equally nice! They also have a good restaurant/bar downstairs, where we had pre-drinks before going out for dinner. I would definitely recommend staying here, I will definitely go back!

The disco noise at night was a little intrusive. No available maps or information about the city The switching system for the lights in the apartment was difficult to use.

Superb location in the centre of the city Helpfully changed the dates of our stay when our ferry from Santorini was cancelled.

Be careful which room you book as some could experience some noise from the adjacent late night establishments on a weekend. This wasn't the case for us as we were advised by the staff and chose our room accordingly. Its good to be pre-warned though.

Fantastic Location, really stylish rooms and spotlessly clean. The Staff were very helpful. The place had a real chilled out vibe during the day, but was also full of life in the evening in the bar/restaurant area. (We stayed at the weekend) We had a suite room with a beautiful wraparound balcony, and great views of the square (see photos).

The bar downstairs is noisy until late. The hotel is in a vehicle-free zone, so yo have to lug your bags for a few blocks.

The room was well appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional. The location in the heart of the city is perfect.

NO TELEVISION FOR MOST OF THE STAY!

No coffee packets in room - so I could get fresh brewed unlimited downstairs. Easy 15 minute taxi to airport. Great location - quiet - yet in the city old town.

Everything was amazing once again ! Wonderful location, very big and modern room! Having visited last time I wanted to check in again and this time the same high standards remain. The rooms are not sound proof. We could hear all the noise from the restaurants outside.

Spacious and beautiful rooms. The hotel has a great location right in the center of Heraklion making it easy to walk to restaurants and bars.

Only downside was a bit hard to find. It’s actually located to the right of this restaurant, up the stairs.

Poor view from the room to noisy air exhausts from another building. Have to keep the windows closed. Breakfast although very tasty did not have a lot of selection.

The only down point is that housekeeping did our room when we clearly stated not to. It was/is a bit difficult to find on maps. Luckily, one of the workers spotted us. Our room didn't have a view, but being in the city, we didn't expect it to.

We did 2 weeks of island hopping, and this was one of the best hotels we went to. Breakfast was so nice, the service was good, the room and location were exceptional. It was all just amazing.

Parking is very difficult. Due to the central location there was loud party music until late into the night (we stayed over on a Saturday night)

The location is very central, easy to walk everywhere in the old town. Modern and cool designed hotel room. Quite spacious and with a free and stocked minibar in the room. A restaurant is available at the ground level.

Friendly, helpful and approachable staff. The housekeeping lady is very warm and motherly; always greeting us with a heartwarming "Kalimera!" and big smile, which brightens up our day! Breakfast is very good with great selection of teas. They provide us complimentary water whenever we ask for more. Bed is comfortable. Room and toilet is spacious. Location is very good too as we are stay very very near the central square with the four lions head fountain. Overall great and wonderful stay at this beautiful place!

It’s great place if you visit Heraklion. I really enjoyed my stay

The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful! A very, very good hotel. Very good quality food, we ate very well (breakfast and meal). The hotel offers some very nice things (mini bar, breakfast in the room, possibility of having a drink in the room).

The room was much fancier than I expected - very luxurious! The rooms are above a restaurant so the check-in felt a little bit like an afterthought, but I didn't notice any noise or other concerns from the restaurant during my stay. Some of the staff were extremely helpful and they were all really chill.
