The salty water in the shower.

It was a very clean and comfortable hotel. Very friendly staff, very helpful and they taught us how to speak in Greek. Breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay here. Only little letdown was the air conditioning, but we didn't mind it and didn't complain about it. As we had a seafront room. We had the sea breeze come in and cool us down. I would definitely come back.

The eggs (sunny side up) were overcooked and there was a very small assortment of tea, which I enjoy for breakfast, only 2 kinds.

The staff was amazing - so kind and helpfull! Great suggestions and good advice! The first day there were scambled eggs, those were made perfect - not overcooked. The room was made up every day, and always clean sheets and towels. Nice! Great location for exploring the city and really the whole island because it is very central. Parking was always available on the street. It's great that the receptionist is always available, very convenient!

The bathroom was a little dated but was everything we needed and the water temperature was great. The view in the Mountain View room wasn’t anything special but this didn’t bother us too much as everything else was so good - maybe book a sea view room if you are after a good view.

The staff were super friendly and very very helpful. The breakfast was good and the coffee machine meant we could start the day with a nice cappuccino. The room was cleaned to a high standard every day and we found the bed very comfy! Thank you for a great stay!

Breakfast is the same every morning so it can get little boring after a week of stay.

Amazing hotel in Zakynthos Town, very close to the center (10 - 15 mins on foot). The employees of the hotel are super amazing (especially Didi, she has the best recommendations, you can have your best morning chats with her). If you rent a quad / car, the most distant places of the island are only 30kms from here. Overall the best in terms of price - quality, I totally recommend visiting them.

Lottery system for booking two single beds. I requested two single beds, the reason I chose this hotel was to have two beds, but me and my friend got the double bed instead. They said it was subject to availability but I think it would be better to have it in their system as something that is possible to actually book and reserve.

Very well maintained and clean rooms and facilities. Nothing was rundown, the furniture and furnishings were like new. Nice chill out area on the roof. Free breakfast. Overall a fantastic stay. Constantina at reception was very kind and helpful to us. She was so lovely!

The smell of the shower water is not great. It was the only downside.

Didi and the other girls were amazing, they cooked the breakfast themselves every morning with love. I had the most wonderful time. Everything we had complaints about they fixed within 1 day. They were amazing at giving advice what to see best. We stayed in room 402 with a great private balcony as seen on the picture. Great service!

The room was very small. If i wanted to open the bathroom door, i should close the wardrobe door and viceversa. And the shower too small for my husband, which has 1.9m. In rest, everything was fine, at the end it was a vacation place, not an apartment to live.

Very clean, very good breakfast, very nice staff, they helped us with everything all the time, informations, recommendations etc. The best restaurant from the Island is The Crooss. The center of the town is 5 min from the hotel. Thank you Plaza Hotel!

Hotel is dated. The rooms could be updated but it is an old building so didn’t expect much.

Breakfast was great and location was excellent- close to the center but far enough that it was quiet. Staff were the best part tho! Super helpful with everything, recommendations and bookings as needed such as a car rental which was arranged right to the hotel for us.
